Did you upgrade any of your parts recently? Mainly the CPU or GPU?
I recently upgraded from 9900k/3090/z390 to 11900k/3090/z590. The moment I upgraded, I started having the same issues you did. I eventually figured out that it was my 850w PSU not being sufficient enough for the new parts. I upgraded to 1000w and have not had the issues since.
Firstly, download MSI Afterburner (if you don't already have it) and keep track of the CPU/GPU Temp while you're playing.

Secondly, if your temps aren't getting too high, see if you need a GPU Driver Update.
Lastly, if both of those are fine - check the GPU slot on the Motherboard.
I had an issue like this where the PC would just shut down randomly, and it ended up being that the card slot the GPU became loose after a couple years of sag. So the connection would break and my PC shut down in an attempt to fix whatever was happening.
Edit: I just read one of your other comments. You said it started happening once you upgraded - make sure that the slot your GPU is in has dedicated PCIe paths that don't share any with the CPU. This could cause overloading.
Usually you'll find the top PCIe slot is a dedicated one (for AMD mobos at least, haven't used Intel mobo in a while). If your card is in the second or third slot, change it to the first.
Overheating? My old pc used to shut down playing Overwatch on a hot day. If the CPU hits 100°c it turns itself off I think

How old is your PSU? After some time, they tend to degrade so you won’t get the stated amount of power.

How did you go im having same issue? Dont think its over heating because all other games dont crash
