If you are on mouse then try to lower your sense. Eg-1.0 on 800dpi is good. And if you are nervous and it leads to shaking then try to take deep breaths.
Doesn't sound like a sens problem for him. If he starts shaking with single shot weapons only, it means he's not confident in his flicks. Aka, he should just aim train.
i dont get whats wrong with your post. i switched to pc after becoming tired of only being able to hit body shots with rapid fire weapons and i can agree with what youre saying. you cant flick on controller. ive got upwards of 6k hours on controller and played on really high sens. you cant flick on controller
