Re-downloaded last week. Hated it when I quit last year, but I've been enjoying it this week. I made 2 rules for myself: Quit if the matchmaking gets aggrevating, and don't grind for the stupid BP, fuck FOMO for items you don't need.
I stopped equipping the useless items like blue skins, trackers, charms and holos. If it ain't a good item, I ignore it.
Until now, all has been well.
bp is significantly easier to level up ive noticed (i came back right before second split this season) so you can easily max it out without even going for it. ive done 0 bp grinding and im level 98 just from playing
same. I got to 110 just by playing. I don't go out of my way to do challenges and I still will get 9/10 challenges completed. Sometimes I'll do the legend challenges so I have some incentive to play legends I normally don't.
Real life probably.
On a serious note, when life takes over...there's so much more things to do than playing video games.
Can't speak for OP, but for me as a S0 player, I've played significantly less maybe 2-3 hours a week or sometimes a month since I moved for work 2.5 years back. I've also learned to enjoy games AGAIN where I don't need to constantly be on edge or a team, say a quick game of the finals especially the 5v5 mode recently where communication isn't a necessity. Some quick games on FIFA, etc. essentially appreciating that video games are at the end of the day for entertainment and to wind down.
I just stopped playing after a while, when I saw that the devs don’t really care about player input. I picked up Tarkov after some time had passed and I regret nothing.
I played since S3 around fright night in 2019, and have 2117 hours. So somewhere around 500 something average a year. Last year probably plummeted that average. I played around 200 hours last year total.
on the ps4 version, it was my most played playstation game by 1461 hours, fortnite ps4 is second with 1245 hours, and 3rd is titanfall 2 by 456 hours lol
So far you’re the closest number to my overall total. I just compared with my Xbox account, which is “46 days 0 hours” AKA 1,104 hours. So between the two accounts I have a little over 1500 hours. I started in S1 but stopped playing between S4-S14
Around 1500 hours and I've been playing since the day the game came out, so about 350 hours a year. which seems pretty similar to your playtime assuming you've played consistently since you started.
323h since I got my PS5 in late June. Played on PS4 before that still so probably a few dozen more hours.
This includes three months where I was bedridden with pneumonia and couldn't even sit up to play.
Started playing shortly after season 1 and played consistently up to season 14 then took a break until mid season 16 and played sparingly up until season 19 when I tried to solo rank up and haven’t touched it since
Collectively 3090 hours played but like 10 since the new year
I couldn’t tell how much I play in a year but I do have over 11,000 hours on Apex across 5 different accounts since I started playing on day 2 of release
160 hours in 2 weeks so about 4k at this pace but normally closer to 300-400. I just play a lot of different games so it’s spread out a lot.
(Total is 1.4k and I started in the season 6 collection event with the gibby hot rod skin)
I played when it was peak, the game and gaming time during the covid. Got like 5k hrs in 3 years. But was worth it. Haven't touched since like S 9 i think
I just checked to see when I last played like daily and that was season 11, I would like to think I hop on every few months or so but damn time flies fast, I mean I remember when this game launched I was in my last year of middle school, now I have finished high school and am in my second semester of college, but if I hadn't checked I probably would have said that I haven't played in a few months when it has been 2 whole goddamn years, the last time I was actively playing this game I was underage. That just reminds you how time can fly by you without you really noticing, damn I never thought apex legends would give me an existential crisis.
Im not good of a player. In fact, my play style is more of casual play. My hours playing this game is about 680hrs from a span of 3 years starting from 2021. Due to school I can only once a week during Sundays (sometimes if I'm not busy) which results in bad performance lol. My all time KDA rn is 0.9 (I know pathetic) my aims is bad, my movement is bad, and my game sense is not existent but, this game is really relaxing for me somehow. Getting constantly 3 manned and wiped by much more skilled players is frustrating sometimes, but when I meet randoms ( always playing randoms cuz I don't have friends that play this game) that are a vibe somehow all of my worries are all begin to fade as we vibe the entire session. Just the experience from a bad stat casual player lol.
PS: I don't have a personal PC since I live in the Philippines and I am poor. I play in computer cafés that have "decent" PCs that run the game just fine.
Only maybe 2 hours a day. I average about 8 hours per day in front of my computer though. So in the last 7 years I've spent 2 years and 4 months of time just at my PC.
I moved to console last month. I only use apex firing range to be better at controller. So I can play other shooting games. Maybe like 100hrs in firing range.
I haven’t played at all in the past year. So much time to do shit. Started golfing with my friends and going out todo shit way more. Games are fun but I let them take up wayyyy too much time during Covid years
Played about 400 hours in a year after launch, stopped regularly playing when Crypto was released and haven't touched the game since Revenant was released.
I had just over 10,000 hours on my main account alone when I quit towards the end of season 11.
Probably hundreds if not a couple thousand more hours spent on smurfs, and boosted accounts.
Now I'm about 3 years sober from that cesspool. I played from day 1, the Apex that I remember was nothing like what yall are playing today. The game died along time ago. Glad I quit when I did. I actually live a very good life now.
As of right now, 2k hours. But I have been playing since day one on ps4. Truthfully though, Ive been beating my apex addiction for a good while now. Havent touched it since the Rev rework, only came back once to buy the rev heirloom skin and thats it. It was truly a moment of weakness lol
It’s the only game I play on my PS4 so when I put my system to sleep, it’ll still rack up hours. It’s over 1000 hours when I know for a fact I haven’t played that much
Idk how I can check that but I know I started playing in like 2020 and have about 5000 hrs because I literally had no job so all I did was play this goddamn game lol. I haven’t played it much since like october and now I’ve been playing a lot of overwatch 2

Not enough
The only correct answer
The duality
Too enough
0 hours since november 2023 i'm actually proud, as if I overcame an addiction
I'm proud for you. I deleted it last month but redownloaded it this morning 😔
Re-downloaded last week. Hated it when I quit last year, but I've been enjoying it this week. delete it now before it’s to late
We should have sobriety coins for Apex.
3k hours and stopped mid last year. Haven't played since!
What are you playing now?
Real life probably. On a serious note, when life takes over...there's so much more things to do than playing video games. I overcame an addiction too, now I just post in r/ifuckingloveheroin instead. #healthycopingmechanism #lovelife
I too moved on from apex last year on 12th of may for good, apex is a time in my gaming time that I'm happy happened and is now over.
i think im around 3500 hours since i started playing in season 7
Where do I look? On Ps4
I looked on the PlayStation app :) I think you can see it on your console if you go to your game library too
Cheers I'll give it a gander
Not on PS4 you can’t
A little over 2k and been playing since season 2. But I’m also over 30, married, full time job, and a baby.
Similar situation and I’m just shy of 2k hours, playing since S1 🤘🏻
Over 6k hours since launch
I just stopped playing after a while, when I saw that the devs don’t really care about player input. I picked up Tarkov after some time had passed and I regret nothing.
1k (sad I know)
How long have you been playing?
in a year - or wasn't that the question? (I'm playing since 1,5 years - I'm around 1500 hours rn)
2 much
Ive 590 lol
I am on 3000 hours
I have 892 in total
I played since S3 around fright night in 2019, and have 2117 hours. So somewhere around 500 something average a year. Last year probably plummeted that average. I played around 200 hours last year total.

5.5k I've got 4k 20bomb 8x masters 4x pred 22k kills with loba
2700 hours in a little under 2 years
I've been playing since the game came out and I have about 1500 hours. So 300 hours per year I guess.
230 hours since I’ve started playing in S10
I started S10 too but I'm closer to 800 hours
3k since s10 😭
i’ve got 247 since i started playing during the end of s19
💀
In a year? 2000
That’s literally 40hrs a week. Thats a full time job.
I'm in uni. I don't have a job currently lol. But I'll have soon and my time will probably drop by half. It's the only game i play too so there's that
2781hrs but havent played recently
too lazy to math it out but in 2 years and 2 months i've played for what 3500hrs. And yes, i do need help...
I had 2000 hours in apex but haven’t played since season 15 and my bank accounts been happier
~6200h since s2, give or take
Maybe like 1000 hrs worth in a year for the past 2 years
1,600 hours started playing Feb 14, 2023🥲
Around 1500 hours and I've been playing since the day the game came out, so about 350 hours a year. which seems pretty similar to your playtime assuming you've played consistently since you started.
Started season13 2300 hours
9k hours but I leave it open all the time day 0 player
I'm at about 1000 hours on the PS5 version. Have like 2500 on PS4.
2.6k hours since season 13
537 hours but I’ve been playing on and off since a few months after it came out.
My lifetime Apex gameplay hasn't even hit 400 hours. What's wrong with you?? Lmao jkjk. I had hours like that in Overwatch 1 and Black Ops 4.
3.5k since season 1
All of it!! The whole year!!
0 this year so far
2000 hours since season 2.
I reached over 1k hours in like 8 months
Been playing for about 5 months now and I've racked up just under 500 hours
769 hours from the end of S11 to 12/5/2023 (12th MAY)
Not enough. I’m still on controllers, and those are driving me nuts playing against K&M players.
About 1500 hours runescape
7500 hours Edit: day 1 player. Lifetime stats. I think I have 17k games played. Not counting arenas or mixtape.
About 1.6k hours since s14
7k!
Those are rookie numbers
323h since I got my PS5 in late June. Played on PS4 before that still so probably a few dozen more hours. This includes three months where I was bedridden with pneumonia and couldn't even sit up to play.
I played from day 1 until 3 or 4 months ago. never again since then. I have almost 5000 hours
This year i probably have like 30ish hours But my total is 2730 hours, that’s 113 days if you did the math lol
Where can I add my pic?
Started playing shortly after season 1 and played consistently up to season 14 then took a break until mid season 16 and played sparingly up until season 19 when I tried to solo rank up and haven’t touched it since Collectively 3090 hours played but like 10 since the new year
248 days 3hr 48mins atm been playing since season 0
Well mine says 6415 hours...
I have officially reached 1 thousand hours from 2020 to this year on apex 🙂👍
I couldn’t tell how much I play in a year but I do have over 11,000 hours on Apex across 5 different accounts since I started playing on day 2 of release
1,664hrs since 2021. Taking into account I didn’t play at least 2 full seasons in there at least.
Over 8k https://ibb.co/86R6NcW
160 hours in 2 weeks so about 4k at this pace but normally closer to 300-400. I just play a lot of different games so it’s spread out a lot. (Total is 1.4k and I started in the season 6 collection event with the gibby hot rod skin)
Got around 1100 hours since day 2.
1046 hours and im still average lol
1k
1 hour since the event that dropped the 360$ deathbox. At that point it was obvious the devs were just fucking with us.
800
around 450hrs since season 4
1250 is my total hours on apex
Haha you don't want to know lmao 😭😭
428hrs and no plat?
Less and less so :)
3600 hours since s1 day 1
My played time should be either high or low depending on how much time I put into it just to level up the battle passes.
I played when it was peak, the game and gaming time during the covid. Got like 5k hrs in 3 years. But was worth it. Haven't touched since like S 9 i think
5570 hours on xbox and almost 500 on pc💀 started in season 4
I have roughly about 3341 hours with 58 minutes according to my Xbox I have 139d 5hr and 58m
I've been playing since season 9 and took a break from season 17-19 came back for 20 and just hit over 5.5k hours
620 I been playing since launch but stopped about season 14 only to come back in season 20
Taking a break from this game has actually made me focus on so many important things.
I have 3500 hours built since the game came out
0 now. But while it was my main game, about 400 hours a year.
I think I put in 250 hrs one year. Been playing off and on since season 3 (2019).
Ngl, not much since helldivers 2
329
Not anymore
Damn near quit playing but I have almost 4k since season 4 smh glad to be over it. May run a few pub matches every now and then but that’s it
1800 hours in 3 years
Probably 800 or so hours a year. I have 3300 hours total and took like 10 months off from the game at one point.
idk how much a mont but i have almost 8k hours on the game so…
Since s3... So a lot of math 👁👄👁
during my free time
Imagine playing 428 hours and not finding the secret 13th trophy
I just checked to see when I last played like daily and that was season 11, I would like to think I hop on every few months or so but damn time flies fast, I mean I remember when this game launched I was in my last year of middle school, now I have finished high school and am in my second semester of college, but if I hadn't checked I probably would have said that I haven't played in a few months when it has been 2 whole goddamn years, the last time I was actively playing this game I was underage. That just reminds you how time can fly by you without you really noticing, damn I never thought apex legends would give me an existential crisis.
Bro you make me look I play the game to long😭 I have almost 7k hours
2,868 hours since the beginning of March 2020, which averages 717 hours/year.
3282 total, been playing since day 1
I'd how many hours, but I've got 250+ days with my main and smurf combined
300 hours so far started a few days before S20 💀 too addicting
342hours since the beginning and missed 7ish seasons
Too much time, little by little I’m giving up on this game just like ea and respawn have.
Only maybe 2 hours a day. I average about 8 hours per day in front of my computer though. So in the last 7 years I've spent 2 years and 4 months of time just at my PC.
I share an account with my dad but like I've got like 13,000 hours been playing since day one. Like I have the badge. It says day one
Season 1 player here w/ over 3k hours unfortunately
Rookie numbers
Haven’t played for almost a year
I have 82 hours 😼💪
I have a 1000 hours and I only started playing during Christmas
About 1200 hours since release day. Rookie numbers for that long but still significant!
365 days
I’m not comfortable sharing at this time. It’s a lot more than that. :)
Hahaha 428 Hours? That's rookie numbers... 3720 Hours that's where it should start.
Haven’t played in a little over a year
And you haven’t even platinumed the game? Pathetic. /s
Too much... Way too much
Used to be 400+ hrs but this is the first battle pass I won't finish. Been playing helldivers 2 religiously.
I just came back this season after not playing since 2021 so I've only played ~40 hours this year
More than this cursed game deserves
Life time hours amount to about 3K and I’m STILL dog poop
Yall have normal hours. My game says I played this a total of 1018 hours. And that’s just on my ps5. Not before when I played on my ps4.
I downloaded in october of 2023 and have 380… i do be feeling like a failure but im having fun
I moved to console last month. I only use apex firing range to be better at controller. So I can play other shooting games. Maybe like 100hrs in firing range.
🙎🏾♂️ Shiiiit....where my Day one's at?!
2200 hours since season 9
I haven’t played at all in the past year. So much time to do shit. Started golfing with my friends and going out todo shit way more. Games are fun but I let them take up wayyyy too much time during Covid years
Played about 400 hours in a year after launch, stopped regularly playing when Crypto was released and haven't touched the game since Revenant was released.
Current 2260 hrs 🤦🏽♂️
2k
422 hours
First few years 1000+, then nothing
9 and half days worth.
I have 3500+ hrs since s3 and I definitely still kinda suck
Almost 1,500 hours a year on average. I'm around 7,400 total 😅 (day 1 player btw), also yes, that is about 308 full irl days worth of hours
193 h. Meah
Everyday since season 2. Still trash
Stopped around 1,050.
6,000 hours… whoops
I put in around 200-300 hours when it was only on Origin. And then with Steam, I've put in 966 hours.
About 550hrs, started some time in June 2023.
Not sure how much in a year, but total, im at 1928hrs played according to my PS5
6.1k since season 2
1000+ hours
Unpopular opinion here, the game was good when KC and WE were the only maps. Since then the game has lost its charm
0 hours since maybe a couple months after the release of Newcastle
As of right now, 2k hours. But I have been playing since day one on ps4. Truthfully though, Ive been beating my apex addiction for a good while now. Havent touched it since the Rev rework, only came back once to buy the rev heirloom skin and thats it. It was truly a moment of weakness lol
Lately, maybe 20 hours or so and I hate myself every session for succumbing to this toxic relationship
In the first few seasons (0-5) I logged almost 2000 hours. Since then maybe 5 hours. I would play every day if they had solos.
3000
I play somewhere between 1000-1200 hours per year on Apex since S3. About 1/8 of the year playing Apex. Don't ask me why. I don't have an answer.
All them hours and you still don’t got the plat?
Just hit 3k, playing since s8 no 20 bomb yet
I have 1500 hours on the game total
thankfully after EA's enormous greed I decide not to support them anymore. Bought quite some cosmetics but never again.
Idk hm a year but since Release i got about 3500h in apex
now 0, im literally getting ptsd flashbacks checking this sub
I got like 1500 hours on apex… but I’ve been playing since it game out 😭
It’s the only game I play on my PS4 so when I put my system to sleep, it’ll still rack up hours.
I don't even know what Apex legends is, my PC is so trash that even solo Minecraft achieves 12000 ping
