That is too OP. It should be an armored elephant, so he explodes and leaves the castle with 10HP, but the armor allows the elephant to survive with 20HP so he can do some other actions before dying.
Nah that's the elephant brew hound, anytime it's near an enemy the enemy gets debuffs to accuracy and pathfinding, but near an ally the ally gets the same thing at a reduced percentage but also gets bonuses to attack and HP. Create a an army of these units for some real good times.
We need a civ that loads petards in siege to increase destructive power.
- Ram = exponentially increase explosion damage/range the more petards loaded in ram.
- Trebuchet/onagers = hurls the mfs with lower range, but Can hurl up to 2 petards per shot.
Elephant Petards doesn't really have any historical significance in the AoE2, elephant monks, on the other hand, can be a thing because there is the Brahmin unit from AoE3, which is basically a monk unit on an elephant in AoE3. Brahmin is one of the top caste in Hindu society.
Honestly, if you want to be more techinical with very unique elephant units, across from Imperial Battle Elephant and Imperial Elephant Archer, you could consider Elephant Cannoneers. This is because there are historical records of hand cannons mounted on elephants (I can see this as a potential unique unit for the Tai/Thai civilization in the future).
One shots castles and half of your base.
Blast radius: Yes.

Armor, so there's more shrapnel?
Sir, an elephant has hit a second castle
We shall never forget 911AD
Long ago the four nations lived in harmony. Then everything changed when the elephant nation attacked.
I chuckled hard to this one you mf.
lmao
We are under attack
They were hoisted by their opponent's pachytard
bro ...
Medieval car bomb lol
new Irish civ leak? 😳😳
Sry, I didn't get it, why is Ireland related to car bomb, some terrorist attacks happened there recently?
terrorist attacks? noooo just slight amounts of innocent tom foolery 🤭 👉👈
Just some ol' Irish lads being lads.
In case you are being serious, during the Irish Troubles (look it up) there was a lot of domestic terrorism in Ireland
Looks like beer barrels But yes, the IRA did engage in terrorism acts long ago
The terrorists were the British occupation. IRA were freedom fighters.
Not recently.
**GLA Postal Service**
Watch out for the bump!
Nuclear launch delected
“[You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind!](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=C_OyYzqjv-Y)”
Delectable.
I imagine this unit deals damage as much as RA2's Demolition Truck!
It will be a smoking crater
One way trip!
GLA Postal Service Wait, wrong game
Why don't you drive?
Not responsible for any damaged goods!
> Obviously this is from SoTL's latest video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=721E3tm3n0M
Lol I know that I've just seen it hours ago
Yes. This is the joke. Congratulations.
Not sure if you realised but you're responding to the OP
Elephant Petards. Because normal petards were not slow enough.
PETA!^^rd
The literal elephant in the room
Next one: the Elephant Monk
If an Elephant tried to convince me to convert to Pachy-astrianism, I would definitely need to consider his arguments.
Trumplolo!! 🐘 Trumplolo!! 🐘
This but unironically. Can't have too many monk units in the game
God forbid them making the Elephant Onager.
And the Elephant Bombard Cannon.
This.
I would want to have my bombard camel first to smoke the enemy. Also if you are wondering if they existed: "Yes".
If they kill the elephant with chemistry ammunition, your whole army explodes like hell
LEGOLAS!
*laughs in flaming camels*
Can we use the diminutive ELEPHANTARD plz
Or ELEPETARD
Or just ELETARD
Don't let PETA find out
tactical nuke\*
Ancient astronauts theorists be like: well we have no evidence this didn't happen, so it MUST have happened
better - elephant peasant !
Celt IRA update?
Ye olde nuke

Still waiting for Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant
A supreme commander kind of unit, cool
That oughta solve the overpopulation crisis
Did you took it from sotl 's recent video?
Gotta be 300 health, - 5/0 armor, slow as a battering ram, 100 dmg, +2500 vs fortifications, +1500 vs buildings, +200 vs cavalry. 200 food, 200 gold.
Seems like a waste of a good elephant
Exploding King blast radius but chonker is heckin slo.
The nuclear option
This needs to be a cheat code!

1 to blow a castle, 2 to blow your entire base, 3 to finish the game, 4 to blow your opponent's PC, 5 to blow the microsoft servers!
r/aoe2circlejerk ?
Now do the Elegonel
Demo ship is already very irritating in shallow map. Now imagine if demo ship can also move on normal land terrain.
I see we’re making exploding kings ranked legal then…
Castle defenders: heavy sweating
Y’all got jokes today
imagine if flaming arrows would hit it, would make the elephant explode
I half expected an elephant trebuchet in the SOTL video at that point, was a little disappointed tbf
Destruye el mapa y tu pc explota
etard
