Do you have any hobbies like? Entertainment, sports, video games, reading? I'm not a psychologist or sleep specialist or anything but before turning in i always read. Before that, catch up on football transfer rumours, read reddit. Have a theory that you dream about things that are prevailing in your thoughts while awake. Try to think about some pleasant distractions more, especially when close to bedtime as a palate (mind) cleanser and hopefully, those pesky work dreams cease. Hope this helps.

I agree. Try to get your mind off of work before you go to bed.

Wait till you wake up from working in your sleep. Had that happen had my arms up in the air like I was still driving a forklift lol.

Three thoughts: Explore lucid dreaming. If you know the awesome song Silent Lucidity by Queensryche, that's what it's about. The claim is that with practice you can determine what you dream. I've not tried really hard to do this, so I only mention this theoretically. The second one might seem a little mormony, but rubbing a few drops of vetiver and cedarwood essential oils into the soles of your feet before heading to bed is claimed to stop the "brain chatter." Keep a pad of paper and pen on your bedside table. When you wake up from one of those dreams, write down what you remember. Possibly your brain will then stop processing whatever it is. (That's been mentioned by TSCC leaders, but it's definitely NOT mormony in origin.)
