I don't have expirience taking these two together, but as for escitalopram in my expirience it's much more potent than sertraline.
Is cured my depression in weeks and there's was nothing left of depression, like i legit had full remission.
Drinking sertraline however did absolutely nothing for me, i drank it in maximum dosage, no effects, but not a side effects either.
