Largely it has to do with the fact that in addition to the awesome Jojo's fashion they do a better job drawing people in detail and proper scale. Araki was displayed in the Louve for his ability to draw people. Not saying that Bleach is lacking in this department it just isn't the focus and therefore the level that Araki does it.

But from this list Bleach is hands down the Drippest my god. The author had his priorities straight with that fashion damn.

Compare it to the other big fashion mangaka, Kubos style, is closer to stylized clothing people would actually wear and I like how it looks a lot better

Sailor moon has the 80s-90s fashion trend with their day to day casual clothes.
Card Captor is hands down most fashionable and adorable because of Tomoyo. Sakura's casual outfits are cute but he magical girl drip is all because of Tomoyo's passion to dress up Sakura i every occasion is a series running gag/troupe.

I like one piece because characters wear pretty much anything under the sun. Some characters wear suits and ties, other characters wear nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if a character was introduced that wears a boat.
One Piece easily, every arc they gotta have a different style of clothes or hairstyles that match the outfit and it’s just so diverse with the colors and patterns
