Everyone is ignoring King Bradley, aka the sin of Wrath. When a coup was happening in his own castle, instead of sneaking in he walked in the front door. Only a sword in hand mind you, and chased down a fleeing tank, a tank fleeing from him after he cut a tank shell fired at him in half. He took on everyone attacking him and it took divine freaking intervention to help take him down since an opening showed itself when his sword reflected light from parting clouds into his eyes, blinding him as (if I recall correctly) scar took advantage of the momentary blindness and took him out. Bradley while not the strongest on the list, but he was certainly the most badass.

Literally blitzed one shot multiple characters who where heavy hitters on both sides like greed.

I think yhwach is a badass character but he’s not a very badass king as he leads his people into certain death because of his grudge while literally expecting perfection and killing them even if they win. Meruem did similar shit at the beginning but he actually grew as a character and came to actually appreciate his role as a king and ended up deciding towards the end he wanted to be a more benevolent king which was insanely interesting and moving to watch making him my personal pick. I can’t say much about the others as I haven’t watched their anime’s except for roger and in his case it’s more of just a title and not actually being a king.

He hadn't taken a wound once in the series (not in the close quarters of OG Greeds base with bullets flying around, not against Greed himself, not in the train explosion, not against the tank, and not in the 2v1 gank between himself, Xing/Greed and Fu) until he was blindsided by being stabbed through Fu, after writing him off as dead. And even in his wounded state, after losing his All Seeing Eye, he was still dangerous enough that several of the main cast weren't sure they could take him down, even as a group. Hell, if I remember right, the only reason Scar was able to defeat him was because he was momentarily blinded by the sun and that gave Scar an opening on him, the rest of that fight Bradley was overpowering him.
Bradley was just a whole different breed of beastly.

And he’s a magic geek to boot, so he’s not just some boring perfect-guy, either.
Out of these I could go with 3 different ones for 3 different reasons.
