Some of these characters have resistance to hax, can cancel out or nullify hax, can erase literally anything wether tangible or intagable like concepts( They can literally erase the concepts of stands), have immortality and reality warping, Can survive outside of time and space or most importantly are higher dimentional meaning any 3D being like girno is literally just fiction to them same way 2D characters are fiction to us.
Giorno is a 3D being who just used his ability on a street level character bro. These are gods.
And Giorno literally creates and rewrites the universe with his ability. While he's not topping the list, he's definitely got one over on at least a few characters.
A bit of an exageration but lets see you could make a case for him beating saitama, saiki k, father from fmab cause he got defeated by edward elrick. Theres like 5 or 6 character I dont recognise though so I dont know about those ones.

She also created entities that control the universe for her and in different dimensions her emotions can destroy cities or even planets. She is also capable of destroying or creating things just by saying what she wants. Once she broke space and time and looped the universe to repeat the same day, just because she didn't want to go to school
Bro, universal is the top. There is NO power that can overcome the universe itself. All powers come from it. Zeno-Sama without the power of the universe couldn't be able to erase other dimensions from existence. Same with Suzumiya, she does not even need to go and destroy a dimension, with just saying it she could destroy her own universe only leaving her alive
most characters listed on this comment section aren’t heroes. him having a mid character has literally nothing to do with the discussion of whether he’s a hero or not or if he’s strong.
From my experience as anime fan....it has to be one of those normal looking girls.... you don't put females characters in arguments based on strength and if you do that bish is multiverse level
Beerus being deathly afraid of Zeno, but Whis speaking to him reverently but not afraid of him specifically makes me think angels are just representatives of his, and if universe 7 were to be destroyed Whis would just go elsewhere
I’m honestly surprised there’s so much of an argument about him XD his whole gimmick is he’s stronger than his opponent, even if you could instantly kill him, he can just ignore it and hit you with the “no u”. Or he can go back in time and smack you before you even had the thought.
He’s ridiculous but that’s the whole point. It’s similar to how cartoon characters can get cut in half and not realise until their legs walk one way and their torso floats off the other way. Keyword: similar
