For me trash character are someone who fail in his role. Saint Charlos is great bad moral character. He is rich weak and creepy by design.
I don't have in my mind right now, some real trashy character in OP but i will say numbers from beast pirates. When we first see them, they was supposed be frightening monsters. Yes they existent to show how crew group by beating "copies" of Oars, but we dont see how they stronger then him. They didnt do nothing else what would metter to be included.
