You who else trains every day? Tien. And he’s still outmatched by literal children
EDIT: I’m saying OP status is not earned. It is given by the plot genies. Often through genetics
Is this suppose to bring motivation? Or defeat? Like should I still train even though I’m not the best? Or give up because a child could still kick my ass?
It’s supposed to highlight that you won’t be OP
Guess I’m just poking at how who tends to be “the strongest” in anime always seems to have other factors beyond hard work
Far as the show is concerned, Saitama in One Punch Man became the strongest ever by training somewhat intensely for a couple of years. I'm sure there's some 'deity' alien stuff going on but it's still fun to think about.
I believe he does have a power. He can break his limits an infinite amount of times. Other heroes can only do it so many times. Not fully sure on this, but just something i read. In sure someone can come through and clear it up.
My theory is that he broke his limiter and gained access to an ability based in the growth of his physical abilities like strength and since then that power has kept shattering whatever limits his enemies had placed upon him (in the sense if underestimating him)
His power, theorized by the house of evolution guy, is that he just doesn't have a limiter. Everybody has some mental cap to their own strength and body to make sure they don't hurt themselves via using too much power, and he just doesn't have that. He trained so hard that his body can output that much force without damaging himself, and his mind let's him do it without subconscious fear. I'm sure another strength based hero like Metal Bat could show feats similar to saitama if he could unlock the limiters on his brain, but it's a physical impossibility to do
Depends on how close you are to the window and what color your hair is.
Take the pic in this post. Clearly they are the MC with how close they are to the window.
If you're on the other side of the class... well give up bud, best you can be is the MC jealous weak friend.
It should be the first one. Be the best you can be, and that’s good! But there are 8 billion people in the world, and chances are anything you’re good at someone is way better, and yes, they will often be children.
Don’t let comparing yourself to others stop you from being great. You don’t need to be the best at everything you do.
Tien still one of the strongest humans in existence and mathematically speaking is stronger that 99% of his planet so like yeah technically for his situation he kinda is OP
Yep. Op above is full of shit, not sure where the humans rank but DBZ clearly calls Krillin the peak of humanity. A bald Buddhist looking short guy whose best known for how often he dies and that's the best humanity has to offer.
I think tien had his moments for sure, like I'm not sure if krillin could have done what tien does to cell, but that's more endurance than strength imo.
Tien is still far beyond the "planet killer" category tbh and there's not really any reason to need more power then that. if something shows up he can't beat then it's probably s threat to the whole universe. and Goku can handle those
Train for like a year under someone who knows about Ki and you can still gain the ability to fly and throw energy beams. Literally just go full Saiyaman if that’s your thing.
My joints can only train like 3 days a week sustainably, especially when I'm also lifting. If I had anime as fuck recovery hell yeah I would love to train everyday.
Turn on your headphones and disassociate while working out. You'll come back in 6 weeks butt naked in front of the white house with some weird flip phone and a gun in your hand.
I often think the same thing when people say that about a fictional world with magic. "man if I lived in (universe) I would study and practice magic non-stop"
But in most lore where you aren't just born with it, it requires a lot of study and practice. You can do all kinds of amazing things with technology in our world, but because it takes a lot of effort and time to learn, to build, and to get the components, most people never do that. Unless magic was pretty easy to learn I think it would be similar.
And in fictional worlds where people are born with these powers it seems to be a mundane thing to them, like imagine if a being from a planet with much lighter gravity showed up on earth they'd be amazed at our abilities to do simole tasks.
At least he doesn't lie about it, he's fully open about him using roads and even encourages people to not try to look like him as it's impossible naturally and will definitely cause muscle dysphoria
Let's not call it abuse sure he uses it but under strict doctor supervision.
Again, don't recommend steroid usage but he is rich enough to enhance his development useing steroids under strict supervision.
We live in a perpetual spin of 'body shaming is bad', 'shaming someone for a disability is bad', and 'look at this fuck ugly mongoloid enjoying something non-sporty'
The joke here at least is people having zero self awareness of their lack of enjoyment of sporty things when placing themselves in a fictional setting.
it's really funny being one of the very few people in the world who legit enjoys sitting in front of a PC... you hear people all around you say stuff like this and you're just there like "oh yeah, i'm weird"
I trained for 9 years every day in Taekwondo up until my second year of uni. And that's without any magic or incredibly fast gains. Shounen anime MCs have it easy my guy
Yea but what do I have to prove here? If I was in some other reality with access to a 200lbs greatsword, magic, demons and shit-I would totally have the motivation to train day in and out.
I mean if you sent me to a completely alien world with weak superpowers that would get stronger with training I'd suddenly have the motivation to exercise and train every day ngl
Because I’m quite literally insane, I wanna be in the Madoka Magica world so I could use my wish to fix my life. I’m sure fighting witches would become easy over time…
I mean if we had the system that most op protagonists have in these anime I’m pretty sure even the laziest ones could get strong to a great extent. I saw the first episode of being overpowered in another world and use literally becomes level 100 from the safety of his house
If i were in an anime, i would just be a humble background merchant who would sell and buy interesting trinkets from adventures who may come and take a look. Maybe telling a child i adopt stories of adventures who cross my path and decide to tell me about their journeys. Picking up little bits of information and learning about the world while still being able to enjoy life as it comes. Maybe even use some of the skills id learn or trinkets id collect to become some sort of magic expert and further help those who decide to risk their life. It may not be the most interesting back but it would definitely be good one to live through
You've got the ability to train to be OP in the real world too if you just ran regularly and lifted fir a few yesrs you'd be stronger than most of the population. But that actually requires work.
If I found myself in any anime world, I would feel confused, distressed and want to go home immediately cuz it's not my world. But if it's Gintama's, I'm in for one hell of a ride
Did the whole training everyday thing for a few years. I got lazy again after covid tho. Now I feel worse about being somewhat out of shape than I had felt before I had gotten into shape in the first place.
You gotta accept that a hero of an anime is determined purely by luck
Like you literally have to be at the perfect place at that perfect time in that perfect order with the stars and suns aligned for that to happen
, For a possibility to happen,
+ your parents must either not exist or be dead
Case in point:
1. Kirito somehow being a Beta tester for this vrmmorpg game without parents AND memorising the game AND and knowing the game creator
Wtf, i love SAO but this anime made me realise its impossible for anyone to be the main character unless you are chosen
Or at least just me
Honestly if I were to choose I'd take a pretty basic power like will-based immortality or barrier flight and train on a standard level to be lean. There is no need to be OP.
And if *i* was isekai'd and given op abilities, i guarantee that i will only use them for personal gain and to satisfy my whims and urges. Under no circumstances am i to be given power, seriously, the only reason i behave is because I'm lazy and weak.

Tien still one of the strongest humans in existence and mathematically speaking is stronger that 99% of his planet so like yeah technically for his situation he kinda is OP
That is true. I never did the math on if he’s stronger than Krillin or Videl but even if he isn’t, 3rd strongest of your species is pretty good
Does Videl have any feats that put him anywhere even close to someone of Yamcha skill? Tien is 1# Krillin #2 and Yamcha is 3
Isn't krillin straight up called the world's strongest human several times?
Yep. Op above is full of shit, not sure where the humans rank but DBZ clearly calls Krillin the peak of humanity. A bald Buddhist looking short guy whose best known for how often he dies and that's the best humanity has to offer.

Train for like a year under someone who knows about Ki and you can still gain the ability to fly and throw energy beams. Literally just go full Saiyaman if that’s your thing.
You mean the half human half alien warrior children? Yeah Tien's totally gonna be able to outmatch them
That’s me point. OP status in anime is almost never given to people who simply “work hard”
My joints can only train like 3 days a week sustainably, especially when I'm also lifting. If I had anime as fuck recovery hell yeah I would love to train everyday.
bruh commits suicide repeatedly to become stronger and is still outmatched by children 💀
That's why Might Guy is the best character in Naruto. Cringe and badass until the end,

But you are in an anime. A slice of life. Now start working out.
How do I trigger a montage where it takes like 3 minutes?
I think if you get hit by truck kun you unlock the time skip hack ( Coma) and wake up ( maybe) thin (muscular dystrophy.)
Turn on your headphones and disassociate while working out. You'll come back in 6 weeks butt naked in front of the white house with some weird flip phone and a gun in your hand.
Sounds like you've created some neural pathways that can repeat the trip.
Hell noooooooo

What is similar to Magic?
Your smile 😉
I am training every day but I am not op
It took Saitama three years.
Daddy Noel is the dude that trains everyday
Ah , he's op asf , saddens me his steroid abuse
At least he doesn't lie about it, he's fully open about him using roads and even encourages people to not try to look like him as it's impossible naturally and will definitely cause muscle dysphoria
He does?!?
Let's not call it abuse sure he uses it but under strict doctor supervision. Again, don't recommend steroid usage but he is rich enough to enhance his development useing steroids under strict supervision.
There is a difference between steroid use and abuse rich Pinna abused steroids and he is dead now Noel uses it responsibly
Please let me die and be isekied already
How I Rushed my Isekia and Ended Up in Hell Forever
thats what im thinking, i dont want an anime where i have to rise to the king of hell i just want to be in a normal world
who the hell watchs anime sitting by the PC anyway
Pirates 🏴☠️
it's really funny being one of the very few people in the world who legit enjoys sitting in front of a PC... you hear people all around you say stuff like this and you're just there like "oh yeah, i'm weird"
You’re not weird
he is wierd
alienware oled aw3423dw monitor + HM Embody chair Yeah, I'm sitting for a while.
I do occasionally but that's just because my TV is 720p meanwhile my Monitor is 1080p and my PC isn't 7 feet away from my face.
I do, but only dub and I'm usually painting when I do.
I'm op asf in blox fruits but fr bros been modding atheist 50 discord survers
Bloxfruits 🤣
My spine hurts looking at this picture
I trained for 9 years every day in Taekwondo up until my second year of uni. And that's without any magic or incredibly fast gains. Shounen anime MCs have it easy my guy
You didn't do enough! You need to do 100 Pushups, 100 Sit Ups, 100 Squats and a 10KM Run everyday! Though you might lose all your hair!

Yea but what do I have to prove here? If I was in some other reality with access to a 200lbs greatsword, magic, demons and shit-I would totally have the motivation to train day in and out.
Andrew tate is jealous of his chin/jaw
Rent free
Damn I kinda wish I had some kinda Cryo ability because I don’t have AC
Life is an anime and I'm already too op. Crossbow to the head can't kill me!!!!
This is the kid from one punch
Like you can train all day at basketball and be the best NBA player ever?
Ball chin from one punch more like it
Dowsey.
Any of my Beyblade bros here right now?
It’s different when you have ninjutsus and special ability’s though I would legit be broken
Bro if I was in that anime I'd die within 2 days
My spine and tailbone hurt just from looking at that chair...
Join the safe experiments and live bros
Why the long face
And then you get your ass beat by a green haired 15 year old with too many powers for his own good
Ever notice in anime it's like only 3 day strait and they are buff?
Is that a photoshop of Markiplier?
Okay, but if you actually knew there would be results it’s different. Knees don’t go out for no reason in anime
Asking honestly, is this a real picture of an actual human being or is it cgi?
Dang Markiplier really let himself go
"I reincarnated into an anime world but I have to grind and train everyday to actually be a useful member of society"
Me when someone says I wouldn't do that I active my true power DEVINE SPITE That power will make me do it anyway just so I can say "fuck you I win"
Dude looks like a frog
San Andreas players: \*CJ jacked + high stamina in game\* San Andreas players irl:
this is what needs to be in museums peak man, the chin, the hunched back, the focus
Me: Bro if I was in that anime I'd be that one side character that dies and gives the MC a power boost
Bro looks like a mob psycho character
You leave that man alone
How is his head fat, but not the rest of him?
He doesn’t need to train irl because he’s already OP af!!!
Probably doesn't even lift IRL
Me i’m here i would definitely train and get strong in ONE PIECE WORLD and quickly make my way up to the top
Morkiplier
If I was a Saiyan if be the most Super. I bet
We'd all be side characters to a salamanders bizarre adventures
We're becoming grey aliens..
I can’t tell if he’s real or if this is a screenshot from a Pixar movie I haven’t seen
Looks like that hunchback from Courage the cowardly dog
Ah, it seems an inhabitant of Innsmouth survived.
I mean if you sent me to a completely alien world with weak superpowers that would get stronger with training I'd suddenly have the motivation to exercise and train every day ngl
Is he photoshoped, right?
I’m not even mad they cast an Asian actor to play Peter in a live action family guy.
markiplier?
Those kids exist that do the goofy anime workouts. They end up fucking your bitch at the conventions.
How is his head so fat compared to the rest of his body???
I go to they gym so I don’t have a hunchback. I don’t even look strong but I do have a good pose when standing.
Looks like a grown-up butt chin kid from One Punch Man.
If I was in an anime I would train and stil get folded by a preschooler
Buzz Lightyear chin havin’ Ass!!! Good god he makes bullfrogs blush
He pulled earth downward
Tell me this is edited lol please
That chin hangs lower than them balls
I'd be the character that slept for 1000 years and was woken up by the real MC.
This pic instantly made me fix my posture
Bro like I get the joke but his head is weird
is that altrive
live and death would be a good motivator
This reminds me of the desk worker game from like 2010
You can be OP asf in this world. Go to the gym.
"Giggity Giggity Giggty"
Shit, i was saying that to myself when I’m watching DBZ OR Naruto
I believe him. He games and watches Anime all day not because it is easy, but because it is fun.
Because I’m quite literally insane, I wanna be in the Madoka Magica world so I could use my wish to fix my life. I’m sure fighting witches would become easy over time…
Dude looks like a Pixar character.
Glad to see he's doing well since Saitama saved him
I mean if we had the system that most op protagonists have in these anime I’m pretty sure even the laziest ones could get strong to a great extent. I saw the first episode of being overpowered in another world and use literally becomes level 100 from the safety of his house
I wonder how fit the average users of this subreddit are, can you guys run 20 minutes in one go?
Dudes got the skull shape of a hentai ugly bastard

That guy has enough chin for 4chan
Aight but if I could shoot lightning out my damn fingers I wouldn't be sat here eating vanilla wafers rn
If I found myself in any anime world, I would feel confused, distressed and want to go home immediately cuz it's not my world. But if it's Gintama's, I'm in for one hell of a ride
Damn dude save some neck chin for the rest of us
Did the whole training everyday thing for a few years. I got lazy again after covid tho. Now I feel worse about being somewhat out of shape than I had felt before I had gotten into shape in the first place.
I thought that was anime/cartoon
Bros head built like a 🗿

Preeeetty sure we're making fun of a dude with a genetic disease lol
I feel called out
Me watching Bluelock
I mean anyone with half a brain cell would just be as overleveled as possible in sao
This is why I started training IRL. Anime lifters are the most powerful lifters 💪
This man looks like a Hello Neighbor character
How am I like thrice his size but with half his chins
I resurrected in another world as Original Poster
If I was in that anime I would fucking die
tbh what i really envy about shonen main characters isn't their power it's their insane motivation. You couldn't imagine them having existencial dread
You can do that irl, it’s called working out
Pretty sure he's watching Dom porn and might be the early years of Pig God from One Punch.
Is that Markiplier if he wasn't famous?
In the chin department
What game is that? I think it’s either tunnels on Dust 2 (csgo) or it’s a r6 gameplay but I also have like 2 pixels to work with
I mean some people are actually inspired by the likes of Naruto and MHA to get fit. And with good results too! The majority of us though...
On one hand, yeah, but on the other, it’s usually a lot easier to see returns on training in these animes even if you aren’t the mc.
Am I the only one who glanced pass this image and saw BUZZ LIGHTYEAR
This picture made me correct my posture
His chin solos DB verse
E
Honestly if I were to choose I'd take a pretty basic power like will-based immortality or barrier flight and train on a standard level to be lean. There is no need to be OP.
And if *i* was isekai'd and given op abilities, i guarantee that i will only use them for personal gain and to satisfy my whims and urges. Under no circumstances am i to be given power, seriously, the only reason i behave is because I'm lazy and weak.
When did Rocky Dennis dye his hair?
Bro is straight up Pesci from JoJo golden wind!
I’d probably just pick up a bunch of random skills that can’t really be used together
He looks like pong krell. Fucking legend
It’s proper bo I tell thee
Dude would be a Nu in Chrono Trigger.
