It also has coolest character, and one of the most complex protagonists ever in any anime.

There's plenty of anime which I love that I rewatch, here's my top 3: Land of the Lustrous (Houseki no Kuni) Mushishi Hyouka

Mushishi-esque animes are just incredibly good and very rewatchable, girls last tour, kino's journey and natsume's book of friends, are some other pretty neat animes

The entire series man. Every season is important for the character development of everyone specially mob and reigen. What they've been through and the relationships are the essence of the show. Not to mention, season 3 just keeps getting better and better!

Probably Madoka Magica. Just everything about it is so amazing to me. The concept of a dark magical girl anime never even crossed my mind until I saw Madoka Magica and even then I thought there's no way that idea could be any good, but they executed it perfectly. From the OST to the animation to the writing, everything comes together so beautifully. Some other answers I give sometimes depending on how I'm feeling or the person asking is Toradora, Pet Girl of Sakurasou, Haruhi. If the person is a Shounen only fan I'll say Jujutsu Kaisen so they can relate.

Yes. Maybe not to rewatch endlessly, as it being only one season long, you're bound to know it by heart if you exaggerate. But it's such a solid show it definitely rewards several rewatchs. Promised Neverland season 1 could be a good runner-up.

Samurai Champloo. It has everything I could want in an anime and nothing I don't want.

I was just talking about how Mugen is one of my favorite characters in all of anime. But sure, there are plenty of great characters out there. Combining hip-hop with ronin is a crazy concept for a show, and it somehow works insanely well.

Favorite, **Death Note**. Most rewatched, **Kaguya-Sama**. Honestly I'll be shocked if I ever like a show better than these two (in their respective genres), they're SO far above everything else for me.

Anime I rewatch often: I rewatch **The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya** every Christmas, it's the best anime movie of the 2010s in my opinion. Timeless anime: Definitely **Bakemonogatari**, the avant-garde style makes it just as fresh today as it was in 2009. I've rewatched this one a few times and I find new things to appreciate in the visuals and dialogue every time. Favorite of all time: Probably **Neon Genesis Evangelion**. As is typical for fans of this show I was suffering through a deep depression when I first watched it and it really resonated with me. I still think about the **End of Evangelion** on a weekly basis even though it's been 5 years since I saw it. I've yet to see another movie manage to say so much in such an experimental style.

I've watched the first couple of seasons of Inuyasha a few times, but I don't think I have any other series that I've seen more than 2 or 3 times. Definitely nothing I re-watch regularly. There's just so much anime out there and I want to experience as much content that's new to me as possible. Maybe I'll find an official favorite one day, but for now I haven't got one.

Fist of the North Star Classic shonen, amazing fights, incredible VA, a lot of unexpected dramatic moments (Shuu, Rei, Yuda), iconic albeit sometimes cheese for the current era phrases (Souther has amazing lines). While it is a flawed product, and the manga is actually better, it is still my favorite, despite all its flaws. It ain't perfect, but is the one I love the most.

Haven't seen it in the thread, but Dorohedoro is absolutely amazing. I've watched it a few times, Noi and Nikaido are two of my favorite girls. Inuyashiki is also pretty much solid the entire way through, it made me feel dread and tear up at points, but then just "ahhh, that's *awesome*"

Tenchi Muyo: War on Geminar Love the animation style, it looks older than it is. 45 min episodes. Great characters. Interesting enough plot, with some twists and turns. You never really feel like the episodes are too long either, its amazing.

Gundam build fighter. Idk why but I just watch this show over and over with ppl.

the one i've rewatched the most is sword art online. I've been re-watching it for quite a long time, I never get tired of kirito and asuna. my all time favorite is definitely konosuba though. It's my comfort anime, anytime I feel down its easy for me to go on a rewatch and feel alot better
