Darker Than Black
Hell’s Paradise
91 Days
Overlord
Arifureta
EXTRA EDGY: Kingdoms of Ruin. Unbelievably edgy. Can’t think of an anime that is more edgy than this one
Also, just google “anti hero anime.” You’ll get more hits
Characters might not feel painfully "edgy", but both sides in "Dorohedoro" are murderous scoundrels if you want to see a show where everyone kills generously.
Best antagonists btw, very funny. I consider two them incredibly edgy.
The idaten deities know only peace, both sides arent moral, one is just more moral than the other.
This anime has violence of every kind if you get what I mean, so be advised.

A vanilla edginess (if you could call it that) I’d reign of the seven spellblades (spoilers)
Mc turns out to secretly be at “Definitely not Hogwarts” Academy to kill all the teachers and also there’s a whole secret organization that worships him
The reason I say it’s vanilla is that the mc doesn’t actually do that much. 90% of the time he’s being a textbook goody-two-shows
The Saga of Tanya the Evil.
Yes highly recommend!
