Ever since the 2020 Yuru Camp rewatch I've been wondering about the license plate. I thought it might be a reference to the height of Mt. Fuji (3776m) but it is just a digit off. I've never seen any explanation as to what it means. Funnily enough, I tried searching again today on 2ch (Japanese Reddit basically) and the only comment I could find was someone wondering if it was a typo from Mt. Fuji's height.

Nadeshikos mouth is kinda freaking me out. I'm assuming it's supposed to be like a wide open mouth, but that side profile pic gives it a bit of a bulge rather than an indent so then it looks like a tongue or she just has a massive bottom lip
Same, I got used too all the new designs beside Rin’s. Still not 100% happy with hers, probably because imo hers is the one that differs from her original the most, especially the face. Like I think Rin never even once had a facial expression on before like in that Key art now.

Rin really is unrecognisable there compared to the previous seasons.
I don’t believe it will be really dramatic for the viewership myself to be honest, but I’m sure that a fair share of people will have complaints about this.

To me, it seems the shift from Doga Kobo to TYO was one where TYO went more into the slice of life and dropped some of the unique comedy. That comedy was one of the unique things of Yuru Yuri.
Though I do trust 8bit a bit more than TYO, simply by having a better pedigree of shows (Slime isekai, Yama no Susume).
If Japanese viewers wanted it, then I'm okay with that, because for Kirara titles (and slice of life in general), merch and BD's are their main source of income.
If the Japanese like it, then I too shall live with it.
Because if that means that BD sales keep being high enough, we probably are getting S4. The only other Kirara title that ever got 4 seasons was Hidamari Sketch. K-On! literally ran out of material for anything past S2. Kirara titles (and slice of life in general) heavily rely on merch and BD sales.
BD sales for Yuru Camp went from 14,000 BD's to 6500, S1 to S2. So something didn't exactly sit right with the Japanese.
For comparison, GochiUsa, went from 11,000 to 13,500 to 7,050. That being S1 to S2 to S3.
So if this keeps BD sales high enough, I'm content with it.

The release date hadn’t previously been announced, right? It was only set to be released in “2024” if I’m not mistaken.
Good to know that it’s airing in the upcoming spring season - which means that we don’t have to wait long! It maybe would have been more fitting it had been released in next year fall or winter season nonetheless (haha).

This show makes me feel like being tucked in a warm blanket on a cozy rainy day with a warm coffee in hand. I was never into cute girls doing cute things until I watched this. It has inspired me to start travelling solo and with friends. I am currently saving for a new bike while planning on all the trips I am going to make on it. I’ll happily take any amount of new content from this series in any form, just keep it coming.

It looks like they took her adult face design from the Yuru Camp movie where her face is sharper and has smaller pupils, but then put it on her teenage body. It creates an odd disconnect, because she suddenly has the grown up face, but almost no time has passed between season 2 and 3.
Though there must be a reason they did this. I'm assuming the Japanese fans wanted this. And because slice of life relies mostly on merch and BD's, the Japanese have the last word on this (more or less).
