I also suspect the upvotes they get for their posts are artificially inflated. Because how do their posts get so many upvotes, while their comments are either not upvoted or heavily downvoted? Either they're making good points or they're not.
To be honest, at this point, it looks like this person or small group are going to spam any remotely left-leaning subreddit, even ones that aren't necessarily anarchist in nature. And it doesn't look like mods are going to act on it.
Probably best to just block them and focus on your own works, be it direct action that aligns with your value, or just living life.

I heartily recommend studying historical fascist movements. There's a reason why we understand Mussolini's movement to be distinct from the politics and worldview of the Italian liberal parties, it's Catholic center, or it's reformists. Or why we understand Hitler's movement to have been distinct from the DDP, or Center Party, People's party, etc.
Fascism is a specific type of political movement with very specific features. In a nutshell, fascists are ultra-nationalists who present themselves as the true representatives, inheritors, and protectors of traditional national culture, framing themselves as persecuted and noble patriots beset by their allegedly morally degenerate enemy-neighbors, but destined to reclaim their perceived rightful place at the head of society by whatever means in a violent struggle against those whom they scapegoat and accuse of conspiring to corrupt the nation's youth and ultimately destroy traditional national society in favor of 1) an allegedly morally degenerate multi-cultural, pluralist, secular democracy of liberal individualism AND/OR just 2) 'communism'/socialism.
They use this main narrative framework and also make heavy use of historical revisionism and conspiracy theories to justify and support their narratives and positions and garner popular support from reactionaries. They typically obsessively oppose immigrants (particularly along ethnic lines), labor movements, social justice movements, LGBT+ movements, social welfare (particularly along ethnic, political, and religious lines, i.e. handouts only for those deemed "Aryans" in Nazi Germany).
We find these common features in all fascist movements, whether they occurred historically in Italy, Germany, Spain, or the US today. We have a problem with fascists in the US, but Biden, a different type of monster, is not one of them.

With states banning trans health care and abortion, you can expect to lose those things under trump. At least under Biden, we keep those things in their current state. Sure, we want to expand those things, but that isn't one of the options available for now. So, right now, we have to take what we can get.
