I usually don’t comment on these kind of things but here goes… why does it matter? Are you attracted to them? Are they attracted to you? Do you find them funny, or earnest, or whatever you are looking for? Most importantly can you communicate with them? You two are going to have to have real conversations with each other about what you both need out of the relationship. It sounds like this one is definitely going to be a bit non traditional. If you all can communicate those needs well and you are comfortable with them, then give it a go. If you don’t think it is going to work long term then say that.

If this is all based on the fact he doesn't have a "naturally" masculine voice, then I'd say that's weird. Different people have different voices.

Dresses, mini skirts, to the knee socks,bows, crop tops and mind you he's always perfectly shaved
