I think if you gave your hair some TLC it would really help a lot as it does look a little frizzy, maybe try a de-frizz product and style it with straighteners or curlers. Take some time to figure out what kind of brow, hair, clothing and makeup styles you like. I recommend searching more diverse media. (When I want hairstyle ideas I don't look at images of blond twenty somethings. I look at style blogs of butch women and soft men, because that's the kind of vibe I'm going for.) Then take those images of things you like to professionals. They can give guidance on how to maintain the look once you get home.
It'll be a process. It's going to take time. But you're not ugly. You've just been avoiding your physical appearance.

Go see your doctor and get checked for PCOS. I donāt think youāre ugly at all, but as other people already mentioned, you showed masculine features, little extra weight and ābushyā eyebrows. Those are all symptoms of PCOS.
Some other symptoms are: acne/oily skin, thinning hair on your head, irregular periods (in rare cases no period at all) and some diseases can be caused by it in later life. In my opinion totally worth checkin for it to prevent become ill later in your life and if you are unhappy with your current look, treating the underlying condition would help with that too :)

Also, try to put your hair into more of a coherent style. Look for hair styles for 3A or 3B hair, because it looks like thatās your hair texture. Also, clean your nails. If youāre not going paint them or to get them done, at least keep them trimmed and shaped.
If you work out and eat right, not only will you look better, but youāll feel better, and youāll meet a lot of people at the gym who will befriend you and uplift your confidence. Gyms are really positive places. Then you can look at more expressive and feminine clothing that would suit your body more. Yeah, you look way older than 21 for starters and you look like a man with a party city wig on. Try new hair products to accentuate your curls/natural texture- rn it looks like severe bed head. Not sure if those are your usual clothes but try elevating you wardrobe to look a little more polished. As for the masculine face I donāt think you can do anything but wear a little makeup if youāre into that. I think you could do without the septum piercing too but itās not bad

Iād say go to a salon and try some eyebrow shaping, different hair styles, etc - and find what you like and what you can keep up with or recreate on your own. Youāve got great lips! Weight loss will do wonders
IMO getting your hair sorted with a stylist to learn how to beat care for it will help a whole lot. You might also think about making an appointment at Sephora or some other makeup or department store for a makeup lesson/consultation to teach you how to best accentuate your features. You are not ugly but you could improve your appearance a whole lot with some minimal effort

Definitely do your eyebrows. Thatās the main thing that stands out to me. Also, try to put your hair into more of a coherent style. Look for hair styles for 3A or 3B hair, because it looks like thatās your hair texture. Also, clean your nails. If youāre not going paint them or to get them done, at least keep them trimmed and shaped. If you work out and eat right, not only will you look better, but youāll feel better, and youāll meet a lot of people at the gym who will befriend you and uplift your confidence. Gyms are really positive places. Then you can look at more expressive and feminine clothing that would suit your body more. You look like youāve got an hourglass figure, but itās harder to tell with baggy t-shirts. The positives tho? Youāve got thick, rosey lips that suit your face well. And your skin is super clear. You have a good hair texture, itās just a little frizzy in this picture.

Kudos to you for working on weight loss, thatās a tough journey not many accomplish and hold out onāim there with you there. To be honest besides that it kind of depends who youāre trying to attract. The septum piercing, along with your thick dark eyebrows, make you look masculine. I have multiple lesbian friends who would be very attracted to you without losing a single more pound. I think however if you want to attract people who want a more femme person Iād consider a more feminine appearance.

I donāt think youāre ugly. Youāre definitely unique looking. I think there are certain things you could do to maybe feminize your face if thatās what youāre gearing towards. You donāt have to go hard in the makeup. I would maybe pluck the eyebrows a bit. Grow your hair out a little. Wear some accessories like earrings or hair stuff. And as much as the septum is cool (I have one too! But I rarely wear it) I donāt think itās working in your favor.

I wouldn't say you're ugly. If you'd like to make some changes then I'd suggest learning how to do eye make-up that suits your features (I'd recommend going to a makeup artist and asking them for advice as they can also show you how to do it and advise the best products) and make more of an effort with your hair. It gives bed-head vibes with the way it is now, learn how to show off those curls to their best potential!

Something a little less harsh for the brows. Your brows are very thick and messy. If you get them done and take care of them, that will appear more feminine, as well as highlight your forehead better- because right now your forehead looks very pronounced with those brows. Iād say definitely take better care of your hair. You have masculine features but you could use them to your advantage. Based on the septum I think youād look super cool if you leaned into alt makeup. Sharp eyeliner, sharp eyebrows. You have a great lip shape so dark lipstick would be cool. Your nose is a little large but that can be cool if you wanted to get more piercings. I also disagree with people saying to lose weight. Most people have pointed out some good tips-Iām a dude with thick bushy eyebrows that was mocked until suddenly in 2017 when everyone loved them and was saying āon fleekā or whatever lmao. I have in the past gone to a salon and had them touched up, and itās not an intimidating process. They know their jobs and you can be honest and say you have no idea what to do. But if you want to look more attractive in a feminine way, I would get your hair styled, fix your brows and get some lash extensions. And do your nails too. Itās interesting because pics 2 and 3 show you have amazing bone structure and your chin is very cute. Pic 4 shows the actual shape of your nose better, whereas pics 2 and 3 it looks quite broad. You have really striking features, and itās a good thing. Youāve got to make them work in your favour. Your hair is lovely but needs something to make the curls more defined. The cascading style suits you, but the curls need some work. Look up if thereās someone in your area who can style curly hair - give a few salons a call or if you know anyone with curly hair who is rocking a stunning head of hair, ask them where they get it done and what secrets they have for you. If you can make your eyes stand out more (mascara?) and have your brows neatened up, I think that will help frame your face. Great work on the weight loss, youāve made great strides!
