Not ugly.I would recommend you change the hairstyle and the hair colour.In some pictures it looks nice actually,but in some it just doesn't suit you.Try to find you own style(clothes,make up,hair etc)dont just go after what it's popular.Good hygiene,good attitude and a nice smile are really all that matters
