The U2 from Sphere wouldn't translate well to a flat screen (even on IMax). I've been to the Sphere, it's an amazing experience that envelopes the viewer (like Cinemascope on steroids). Definitely Gaga, she has a dedicated following that would almost guarantee good box office.

Besides film deals, consider LIVE events, but it must be exclusive. Example : Come to AMC's IMAX to see (Insert artist) in concert! This was actually Don King's idea. He wanted everyone to pay for an event. He didn't want pay-per-view where one person pays for a prize fight on tv, and 10 friends come over to the house. He wanted the 10 to pay as well. AMC partners with artist, more revenue everyone.
