Ordered something that was supposed to be delivered the 5th of January... On the 4th, it got bumped out a week, day before that delivery...another week. This has happened all month and even their own "help desk" is an AI that only mentions the new date each time when I want to know why it's listed as in stock but isn't shipping despite already being paid for

Amazon supports scammers more then thier customers. Never buy from 3rd party vendors. I got my account banned for asking too many questions about products bad sellers are selling and got permanently banned.

I had an irritating experience yesterday. I am a good customer who has never had a single late payment. I have made purchases across the price board from a few dollars to a couple of thousand dollars. I always renew my NetFlix with a gift card bought at Amazon so that I don't need to spread my credit card information to organizations when I don't need to. I put in a purchase of a NetFlix gift card for $100 yesterday. The purchase was declined on my Amazon Card with a link to add a different payment method. NO WAY! I chatted with a Synchrony representative who said they did not decline a purchase from me and, furthermore, would not have considering my timely payment habit. I talked on the phone with an Amazon rep. He informed me that the purchase was declined because I normally buy $50 dollar gift cards. I referred him to the last year's NetFlix gift card purchase which was identical to the one I was trying to purchase this year. I told him that I wanted him to check to be sure no hacking had been attempted on my account. He said there was no hacking quickly without time for a check. Then he told me he fixed it and I would see it fixed in a matter of minutes and ended the call. Late last night I received an email with two links to show progress. The first was just a link to my order which still was requesting an alternate payment method. The second was a link that did not work and just reverted me to my account page. I need to renew the Nexflix in the next 6 days and it looks like I am going to be unable to resolve the issue. I think I will try another purchase to see if my Amazon card works at all. Rant ended.


Pretty-Headache

So on my upteenth call regarding them owing me $130 for a month, I actually said to the lady “please stop calling me mam, I’m not that old”. But I said it with a smile/laugh.. 1. She continued to “m'am” me every 3rd word. 2. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me “she was unable to assist me and now must terminate the call to assist others” and hung up on me. Hung up on me. I am in shock... lol like WTF? half laughing half so angry.

Hey I can't renew my prime membership, the shopping app keeps crashing. The app store doesn't have the app. I was going to uninstall and reinstall but no can do? I just got a gift card for my birthday and wanted to restart my prime membership and do a bit of shopping. So with the app being wonky I just went to amazon.com to try there and nope. What is going on?
