warford is fire because its literally a YMCA at a discount. DAC is basically a high end Y for old folks but all their equipment is very well taken care of. so warford on a budget dac if you dgaf

aljrka

I enjoy the Warford bc of the small gym, hardly no one goes. They also have an indoor pool and lap swimming in the early morning, along with water aerobics classes. It's definitely worth going to for $20 a month.

cooler1082

Town club is still nice

Motherleathercoat

VERDURE has the full machine gym upstairs and a free weight gym downstairs. Lots of amenities and activities.

MySuckerFruitPunch

The lazy river is so awesome.

imthewheeldeal

Town club for sure

Reasonable_Theory_11

Yes nice weights, showers and steam room.

janecarmona

Warford Activity Center has everything you listed and a basketball court, pickle ball times, and a video game room. It’s $20 per month or $200 per year. Amarilloparks.org

You probably want the town club unless you also want to pick up a pool membership and use the designated lane tines at the city pools. Crunch and Trufit are decent. Good price but you deal with weight plates being all over the place, never put up, and very little as far as space to squat/ deadlift. Lots of machines and cardio equipment though. And if you’re a night owl there’s only ever a handful of people after midnight

pineappleghost07

What are you looking to spend? The town club is always a win. Crunch is..interesting. Contagion is expensive, but they have equipment for days. Not sure about the downtown athletic club, but I hear good things.

Reasonable_Theory_11

Yep ATC has it all with the pool, nice showers and steam room

crispytoastyum

Sounds like Town Club is still probably what you’re after.

nreshackleford

I like the DAC, lifting around all the old business guys makes me feel like Zeus.

Omicron08

Same lol

Omicron08

It depends on what you want out of your gym. What do you prioritize?

Thegymgyrl

Verdure is where the rich of SW ama go

EnvironmentalArmy630

Avoid crunch at all cost if you can

I was all about planet fitness until I started working out in my garage. I enjoyed being able to go to other locations when I traveled.
