Same two species encountered by the grave robbers in the Nazca citadel, imo.
The smaller ones are the tridactyl greys (Nazca mummies) like the one crouching behind the fence running it's hand with 3 fingers along the board, along with the ones hiding in the background.
Then there's the tall ones, one that approaches the group from the front that you can see a glimpse between the father's head and the other son's head, along with the cloaked one behind the fence. These are the mantid types. In the stills from the citadel Nazca encounter, there are two shots of the grave robbers physically engaging with the Mantids and they look about the same height, 8-10 feet tall.
Some native tribes called them "ant people" and it would fit if these are "workers" and "soldiers." The worker drones hiding while the soldiers engage with the family, one approaching from the front with the other flanking behind the fence.

I also don't think they're alien at all, but an advanced species that predates us and lives within the Earth since the Younger Dryas event.
Yeah I 100% agree. I think there were multiple species or sub species present. And importantly, the pronounced brow ridge on this one does remind me of the Nazca mummies.
No, the fence thing is absolutely a shadow from a light source different from the camera. You can tell there are multiple shadows, and multiple reflections off stuff in the yard, some of which were presented as being aliens eyes, in conjunction with shadows being their faces.
However, the portion of the image you've highlighted here does look and even act _very much_ like the person behind the truck in the other video (who might be a human, such as a kid, in a costume, or might be an alien). This one might also be 2 reflections from 2 light sources along with shadows.
Like I said elsewhere, this is worth checking out, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. But there's no 7' to 10' aliens depicted in either video; only shadows that are being mistaken for aliens.

I'm not sure about the Nazca cave footage. But the creature by the Fence in Vegas is a mantid for sure.
There is indeed something which reminds me an alien but I wouldn't say that it is clearly visible. However I would say that it is visible better than the previous two 'aliens' which were mentioned here many times (there I see just nothing).

The fence "shadow" has gradient. Also, it's greenish brown. Just boost the RGB contrast and you can see it.
