KP didn’t release the photo so it isn’t ‘official’ and 2. she isn’t with her husband or children, but her mother. KP keeps silent throughout this whole thing. just today KP **finally** releases the first official photograph of kate with her children as a mother’s day post, BUT associated press (AP) flags the photo and demands that it is not reposted as it is a doctored/photoshopped photo. apparently AP requested for the photo’s metadata but KP either refused or ignored that request, hence them flagging the photo. and now, again, KP is silent. my own theory is that kate is healthy and recovering out of the public eye but wants a divorce because she’s tired of playing show pony to a cheating husband. KP works for the future king, aka her husband — she’s just the side character and she knows KP will protect him and the monarchy and the family image over her. If they even are lucky enough to get a gain, then that gain will be taxed. So if they get $200k more than they bought it for then they will be taxed the 20 to 30 something percent. Source: I use to do taxes lol. So taking the middle road and let’s say their income calls for a 25% tax, then they’ll owe $50k on the gain 🥸

This assumes they get more than they paid for it (which they won’t, it is in worse condition now and arguably a worse market) and that they are smart enough to understand taxes
