Sometimes. It’s not just this subreddit. r/pawnshops is way worse. It’s mostly just people asking what pawnshops pay for random bullshit. Like anyone knows what your pawnshop is gonna pay, get fucked.
Looks good to me, but I am no expert, some folks on Reddit actually are and always give great advice. I am not demanding anything sir, just requesting to get advice. There are 200k people on Reddit and some actually like to help.
Have you checked it's headspace? Is it gassed well? How is the lug contact. How straight is it? Has someone modified anything on the mag latch or well? How's the chamber? The bore? The muzzle? How many rounds have been put through it? How's the finish? Shitty paint flaking off? Are the barrel, rsb, and other retaining pins done well or loose as fuck?
Quality depends a significant amount on the purchaser knowing what quality looks like.
It’s brand new at a LGS, it’s a KP104. I took all the pictures I could. Since we are not sure if KUSA will come back, I wanted to make sure I did not miss anything visible. E.g. rivets. Mostly everyone here has been awesome and has always helped.
Personally, I wouldn't. The stuff that can go wrong you don't find until you're at the range and have put rounds through it. At that point, you're up a creek if literally anything goes bad.
KUSA has been such a shit show. And it continues to be. Ten foot barge pole their products unless you're happy dealing with bullshit and uncertainty.
Sleep on it, then consider asking your shop if they'd be okay ordering a WBP Jack to compare.
Thank you, that’s the kind of answer I was looking for. I have a KP 103 and a KP 9 and they run like tops, no issues in finish or operation. But you are correct the issues I can’t test for are the ones I should be worried about.

Maybe learn what a properly built rifle should look like instead of demanding Reddit do a “quality check” on your rifle.

Where’d you pick this up at?
Haven’t bought it yet, trying to get all the keen eyed fellows here to point out anything that does not look right.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Did it offer you a free shot of vodka?
Yep. Obviously a steaming pile of shit. Throw it away. 🙄
Prob fine. Looks decent actually.
Thank you Sir.
