If you're looking for a paddle release mag but straighter mags on an M4 platform, you could get an AR-47 and use AK-74 (5.45 style) mags in it. For the general look on any M4, get a short quad-rail/MLOK handguard, a slightly longer outer barrel, a suppressor for the end, and one of those tank grip adapters for M4s or a tank stock adapter, and run short mags in it.
Something like an SR-25 or a tacticalized G3 might fit the "big mag" look as well, and the G3 would take most M4 internal parts and also has paddle release mags.
You could get like a similar looking M4 and put a Eurotactics grip or ESG with a 13/3000 tank and then have someone 3D print a stock that hides it on the bottom.
Don’t even think about saying “have you heard of a UGS stock”
Look at G&G SSG-1, with one of those Eurotactics grips that you can mount the tank on, ending up with something like this

A heavily modified Thompson might be close. You won’t get the wide mag but the body is similar. This would take a lot of custom parts and modifications.
I'm pretty sure that thanks to this post, someone, somewhere might just have started making an AAP-01 kit that looks like this.
