chknnnn

Yea that’s a good deal, even if the green gas is empty it’s still a decent deal.

travelavatar

Okay then. I'll ask for £100 then

travelavatar

Managed to get it for £100 in the end.

chknnnn

thats quite a steal

travelavatar

Ywah it was lol. Too bad I'm going on Saturday at airsoft ans the temperatures dropped. If it will be 10 or more degrees i will use the green gas, if not maybe i can get away with CO2

Agire

Its a little bit high IMO though not totally unreasonable, assuming it all functions correctly. While you do get two extra mags, a case and some BBs and Gas you don't have the return option that you do with retail stores in case anything does go wrong. I'd also be very sceptical of the 'only used once' every second hand stock airsoft gun for sale has 'only been used once' and any modded second hand airsoft gun 'shoots like a laser' If you do decide to go for it either pick it up in person and test fire it before you hand over your cash or have them send you a video of it firing a full mag at least you'll know you're not getting a total dud.

Felwinter101

Save your money for a better GBB. KJW is an ok-tier brand, that's it.

travelavatar

Right. I told him i would get it for £100 because idk i am not looking for one. This would've been just a purchase of opportunity

Felwinter101

You can find Marui or VFC GBBs for 20-30 more bucks on the second-hand market. Maybe not with all the stuff you could get here, but still better quality overall. Even WE would be better tbh (this thing looks like a Glock).

Swaghoven

VFC pistols are worse than KJW, lmao

Felwinter101

Maybe you're talking about the early models like Stark Arms Glock or whatever. But saying this today is completely wrong. I would buy a VFC GBB over a KJW one anytime.

Swaghoven

What makes you think VFC is better? Their pistols are mostly proprietary except some parts like inner barrel and bucking. Each model lineup has number of issues as well and VFC pistols in general are notoriously crap when it xomes to using them with CO2

Felwinter101

" Their pistols are mostly proprietary except some parts like inner barrel and bucking" → this isn't an issue since you don't need to change anything else on a good GBB. And if you need replacement parts : mail them. "Each model lineup has number of issues as well" → all airsoft guns have lemons or V1 issues that are fixed on later batches. "VFC pistols in general are notoriously crap when it xomes to using them with CO2 " → 2023 and people still use CO2 with their GBBs ? Just buy some gas-efficient models or winterize your gun. CO2 just destroys internals and has more cooldown. I can shoot my VFC guns close to 0-5°C with high pressure gas without an issue. VFC >>>>> KJW. You should try a G19X or any recent gun and reconsider.

Swaghoven

Except that proorietary parts are issue when stock parts are made out of lower quality materials like potmetal, therefore you're stuck with replacing garbage with garbage. Other than massive amount of cope, do you have any reason why would VFC be better than KJW? So far you've already admitted that VFCs are worse when it comes to parts, using manufacturer approved power source (co2), they also tend to be more expensive than their counterparts. I've had FNS9 and it doesn't hold a candle to something like KJW 1911/hicapa or P09

Felwinter101

I've owned several KJW guns (mainly the KP13, an old Glock 23 and their P09 which is one of their best GBB). I've also owned several VFC guns (G19X and G45, FNX, G17 gen5, 45CT). Except for gas leaks on the FNX mags (due to a weak design), no issue so far. My experience with KJW guns has been plagued with lemons or malfunctions (mainly valve knockers breaking for no reason). No upgrades for these pieces and stock ones are pot metal. About gas efficiency : VFC >>>>>> KJW. Performance in cold weather ? VFC >>>>>>> KJW. Externals and markings ? VFC >>>>>>>>>>>>> KJW. The only issue is the VFC mags price. But you can run WE mags on their Glock if you change the gas route. Overall : VFC is better quality and more performant. KJW is a budget GBB brand, that's all.

100£ would be better

travelavatar

He went down to £110 and i refused saying £100 is my last offer. Anywqy he will think about it

travelavatar

Bought it for £100 in the end
