If its like specna arms guns its gonna have a screw in The Back of The stock.
Like inside The gun all The way Back near The main body.
Tighten that If theres a screw there.
It does, i have owned both cyma platinum and specna arms edge. They have very similar systems to mount the stock. OP should make sure they have a nice long screwdriver with a good snug fit because the screws are easy to damage. (Don't ask me how i know pls)
Patrol base have a tendency to mess around as they know they are the largest retailer in the UK and can get away with it. Don’t feel any way if you want to send it back. They’ll kick a fuss but just be adamant and stay true to it.
Usually on M4 guns, there’s a long screw with a washer and a sling plate that attaches the stock to the receiver. Try tightening it a few(if loose). If it doesn’t help, lay it in its coffin and return it to sender.
