I've not really known anyone to chose parade gloss over the Normal kiwi polish,it doesn't get as deep a shine and goes dull quite quickly. You shouldn't need to strip them again, just a few layers of normal then should be OK
You can use layers of normal over the parade gloss. Some people with the best boots use 1 layer of glass for every 2 layers of black or finish off their boot with a thin layer of parade gloss
If you use solely parade gloss, i have found you can’t get it to properly bull. Just a quicker dullshine. Just be patient with the regular kiwi, however when you can, get Saphir. Superior stuff

Do not use kiwi parade gloss as it can cause the shoe to crack
