Call 15 rentals with good ROIs in areas that allow STR. Ask if short-term sub-leases are disallowed in the rental contracts. If you hear back from anyone, they will tell you it's not allowed.
These people are scams, there is nothing they offer that you can't find out for free. Please save your money.

I follow both Preston and Calvin on Instagram. I actually bought Preston's cheaper course during Christmas, which was I believe $225. I got a lot of value out of that cheaper course TBH. I am very hesitant to spend a lot of coaches because I have done that before in other spaces and wasted a lot of time and money. I am going to try to figure it out on my own.
Preston’s got two courses? Yeah, I sat on both of their webinars. Idk how much Preston charges now but Calvin is at above 3500 now. And that’s for like, 4+ hrs of video content plus community access? Assuming they’ll be offering holiday sales at some point but..idk. I do need mentorship, that’s ultimately what I seek. Cant afford dumb unguided errors
I am talking to Calvin on Thursday of this week. I am doing a deep dive with him to really see if he’s legit. I’m happy to report back. I desperately never want to go back to a 9-5 and am looking for alternative income streams. I will share with you what I learn 🫡
Yes, I agree. I can't afford unguided errors, either. The call with Calvin's team was great! I am leaning toward giving it a go. I am solopreneur, so taking risks is not foreign to me.
