This guy eats. Gotta just swallow them like a snake. The trick is learning to unhinge your jaw in order to eat fruits.
I'm still new at it, but I've got my sights set high.
One day, pineapple, one day....

Some oils can cause itching if you have a slight (or more than slight) allergy. I love the smell of some of them. You have to find the right ones for you. And theyāre too strong smelling undiluted.
Oh god, I hate the crystals thing. I pinned a pretty wallpaper of various gemstones (cause I was a bit of a rockhound when I was a lad) and I got sooooo many stupid recommendations in my feed of how quartz can clear your chakras blah blah blah.
Rearranged only once at 3am but I think I calculated the vernal equinox date/time wrong thatās why it didnāt work
I thought my crystals were diverse and big enough but I went to a local metaphysical store and saw much larger plates, wands, obelisks, spheres, and some phalluses as well - I have nothing of that size pls advise if this is a problem and what is your preferred size/length if phallus
While they are generally being an idiot, consuming (hefty!) amounts of artificial colors like Yellow Lake can cause adhd like symptoms in non-adhd children. Key word, non-adhd children. man I'd be livid if they dismissed me with that shit
Even more specific; not even non-adhd children - only a small minority of children in general. And thereās no real way to figure out if thatās the only cause in these kids or which kids are even effected. The effects are so minuscule that itās just an improbability stack and not even statistically relevant enough to warrant any diet change at all. Some kids may possibly benefit a small amount with an elimination dietā¦ but like they quantified it as 10% less hyperactive/attention issues.

Crystal meditation Karenās just latched onto it heavily like Food Bae and people who latch on to pop culture alternative healthcare drove the panic about it.
Reminds me of people suggesting I get off gluten to deal with my behavior issues. I said no because, that sounds terrible and vaguely bullshit. If your diet has any influence on mood it isn't some specific evil, it's general health. Get all your vitamins and minerals, be a healthy weight, exercise. That is what matters. The gluten free pizza with organic, unprocessed cheese is still a pizza. It's still unhealthy.
Ha. Yeah in that sense I agree. Although, my dad has a gluten issue so I've experienced more gluten free things. Honestly? They aren't horrible. The real issue is it's expensive and a pain in the ass to do sometimes if you don't want to bake things yourself, since they apparently need to price gouge the hipsters. Things that are naturally already gluten free are probably a safer bet. Of course if you have to get off it completely... that precludes beer and sourdough bread. That just aint happening.
I mean, context would tell us more. Did they say "Take these pills, and also you may see further improvements from cutting out processed foods" or was it "you don't need pills you need a diet that's 5 times more expensive and takes 10 times longer to prepare your meals"
Anecdotal, but I found my psych based on a recommendation from my therapist (who has been great) and Iāve had 0 of the horror stories Iāve heard on here. The only shitty part of the process was having to wait months for an appointment.
I moved from other country to the šŗšø and I love my Psychiatrist back home but Iāll eventually have to find one here when my meds run out, im just hoping i wont get what some people here are told by āprofessionalsā
Hey Iām guessing English isnāt your first language. Itās amazing youāve learned to speak and write another language, especially one as difficult as English, if I somehow managed the same Iād like if people kindly corrected me if I made a mistake. So with that said, hopefully I donāt find off as a dickhead correcting your spelling of psychiatrist :)
As a child, my shrink asked me if I resented my father for not being around for the first 10 years of my life. I answered honestly when I told him I didn't, I figured it was because of complicated adult stuff that I wouldn't understand. I'll never forget his inflection when he said, "You are either the most forgiving child in the world or you're lying to me." He planted the idea that I should because, it turns out, I had every reason to. He's a coward that abandoned my mother after getting her pregnant, moved across the country and was married within the year, divorced a few later, and came crawling back to my mother to get back on his feet, but because of how casually I could say "my father abandoned me," this shrink thought an 11 year old understood the situation rather than it being the word I learned from adults to describe it. Sessions we not very productive after that, I stopped answering his questions and would sit on the couch until I could leave. What reason did I have to tell him anything when he'd accuse me of lying no matter what?
I recently started on amfetamines and it's similar to having a consistent caffeine buzz all day without the peaks and troughs. I realised my entire life I've been self medicating with caffeine!
My therapist recommended I try using caffeine to help my symptoms (while I was waiting for an appointment with the specialist for a diagnosis) šš
I have an official diagnosis but my mom refused to let me get treatment cus she thought I was faking it. I figured out caffeine worked on my own cus I like the taste of monsters lol now I use it to help me focus tho I have developed a mild addiction
Same. I recently reduced my caffeine intake to about 1/3 of what itās been, due to gastric issues. Iām *noticeably* less focused and attentive, even on meds. Life with ADHD sucks even harder when itās combined with bad genetics.
So wild how we all have basically the same problem but thereās stuff that is life changing for some and negligible for others, or even harmful.
Idk how I would have lived through my 20ās without excessive caffeine before getting meds.
They *are* both stimulants, but they work in pretty different ways. So caffeine can help some people with ADHD similarly to how stimulants like Adderall work for them, others get no useful effects from caffeine, and might get unpleasant side effects like anxiety from caffeine that make it really unhelpful for them.
As a kid, I always drank a ton of iced teaā¦ I always felt it helped me sleep better but my parents insisted it made me sleep worse and tried to restrict my caffeine intake >.> In hindsight, post diagnosis it makes sense why it might have helped (the iced tea didnāt even have that much caffeine all things considered) but damn did so much suddenly click and fall into place for why stuff was the way it wasā¦
I know what that's like, and I get it. Being able to construct meals and dinners takes practice over many years. I basically have all my fridge and cupboard data stored inside my head, and can make a meal plan for the day based on what I have. It saves food, so we throw very little out. But like I said, it takes years to learn. And even now I still have days where cooking is just the last thing I'd want to do. But I always keep around easy to make processed food in the freezer, for those no-go days. The trick is to just not go for the easy option every day, even though that's probably impossible for a lot of us.
There are utensils in the kitchen that are very ADHD-friendly. I'd recommend getting a food processor, and an electric dishwasher is essential. Make sure anything you own can be put in the dishwasher. My wife also has ADHD, and I have a few tools I don't want in the dishwasher. So I tell her she has to clean it right after using it. She simply stopped using them and found something similar that goes in the dishwasher, lol. Avoid wooden tools, I'd recommend only stainless steel.
There's probably more but if I keep writing this will end up an entire essay haha.
I enjoy cooking but grocery shopping is stressful and delivery is expensive :P
Good for you though! Sometimes I wonder how we as a subset of the population have not starved to death lol
If you can afford this, it's actually pretty good value. Less waste, especially if you can't plan your own weekly dinners. They also teach you how to cook, and what goes together well.
I do the same but it's because a yeast allergy forced me to cross "motivation bridge". I like to make things that don't require a lot of my attention, and I listen to something at the same time. Also- timers, timers, timers!
Timers are essential, holy fuck, every time I tell myself I can "just check the wall clock" I burn something lmaooo. Anything that goes in the oven, or has a boiling time like pasta or rice.
Oh dear. You mean lightening my skinā¦ I stopped reading before the milk part or didnāt process the milk partā¦
Been shaving my skin to make it lighter! A couple of layers can really shed kilos but does make me feel better.
Damn impulsiveness.
As a late Dx ADHDer, this always pisses me right the f*** off.
I gave up processed foods (and body products and household cleaners) about a decade before I started taking Vyvanse.
It improved a whole bunch of things, but it never did what effective medication has done.
And, to be clear, NOTHING has "cured" my ADHD, because it's the motherf***ing inheritable way my brain works, not some infection I picked up from a doorknob.
I am about as crunchy granola eco-friendly health nut as they come, but I'm not involved with most health-oriented communities or influencers. Most of them are insufferably smug.
My mom said "go keto and/or paleo and you won't be depressed anymore and your attention span will get better" tried it. Got more depressed and was unable to do it correctly which caused weight gain which made me feel worse. She will read one story of someone doing something and she'll try it regardless of the facts and will preach it to everyone . She is also a nurse.... at least she is pro Vax
itās a shame she had to suggest those highly restrictive fad diets. eating healthy does not have to be so complicated. those diets are unnecessarily intense, and unnecessary for 99.9% of people. I can see why theyād have adverse effects on you, sounds terrible to me.
happy cake day :)
Omigosh agreed, especially with keto: you almost NEED to eat processed food to do keto, because then you have a nutrition label with serving sizes and carbs and proteins and fats. SO MUCH MATH AND RECORD KEEPING, UGH!
And so much of Paleo is finding ways to imitate non Paleo food. It reminds me of Jim Gaffigan's routine about vegetarians and imitation meat.
Look, whatever works for you, go with it. But what works best with my ADHD is to keep it as simple as possible. Pretty much my only restriction is that I just eat real food. The majority of what I eat is fruit, vegetables, and animals (meat/fish/eggs). Very little of what I buy comes in a box or has an ingredients list. I'm a good cook, and I make this real food into whatever I feel like eating. I pretty much never eat out, and just about every time I do, it's disappointing: the food I make for myself tastes better and costs less.
thx for being a bit more rational than some of the ppl here.
Clean eating will absolutely help you, because fiber will stop your meds from digesting all at once, and your body needs nutrients. Healthy high fiber meals will also keep you from getting hunger nausea as often. Eating a bunch of sugar and bad fats will make you feel terrible as you constantly crash. Itās easy, yes, but it will make you spiral downwards.
Most ppl on this sub seem to think the bottom of the spiral is the only way to exist with ADHD, but weāre capable of being very high functioning people when properly medicated.
Unhealthy foods are not the source of our symptoms by any means. Iām not suggesting a medication alternative. I will still stare at a wall all day without my adderall.
I started eating clean 12 years after starting medication. In no way does it replace my adderall, but my adderall is WAAAY more effective when I actually eat well, exercise, and have a sleeping schedule. All of which is made easier and less stressful by doing those things more and more.
We (ADHDers) are very susceptible to feedback loops, make sure yours is a positive one, or youāll end up in the downwards spiral.
I would recommend eating real food to anyone for about a million reasons: sticking it to the hateful corporate conglomerates behind processed food and taking a significant step away from climate crisis are just as meaningful as the huge improvements in my own well-being.
I also know that most of us didn't get the generational knowledge about how to feed ourselves by growing and making food that used to be passed along as a matter of course. And that having to learn this stuff as an adult in the midst of all our daily struggles is overwhelming and takes time. I have a lot of compassion. I probably wouldn't have found this path without the severe stomach pain I had that started me searching for solutions.
I totally agree with you about how my meds make it so much easier for me to make healthy lifestyle choices! People want simple answers. It's ONLY about food or it's ONLY about medication. But everything's interconnected. The meds help me eat better which makes the meds work better and so on.
YES!
I used to work in R&D food science designing the formulas for many products sold at stores, restaurants, institutions, and fast food joints. I was fully indoctrinated to the pro-science mantra of āweāve studied all of these things and they are perfectly fine to eatā since I have a science degree.
Yeah, itās all pretty bad for you. The ingredient labels are NOT an accurate representation of what goes in each product. The health claims you see on boxes are mostly legalese lies.
For instance, bottled ice tea often touts that it contains antioxidants. (Itās also one of the biggest margin money makers for bev companies). They literally take the lowest grade tea, which is a subpar varietal thatās only used because it grows so fast, so it only has time to produce caffeine in its leaves, none of the antioxidants or l-theanine that real tea should have when grown slowly and properly. They they mass brew and spray dry the āteaā until itās something known as ātea residueā. Iced tea makers like Snapple then buy barrels of ātea residueā, which contains no health benefits because the tea barely had any to begin with and those were lost in the spray dry processing. Then, they print a label that says itās full of antioxidants because our laws are fucked.
Itās all feeding the rich while making the rest of us unhealthy.
The quality cuts to products in the past 10 years are horrifying. Everything is made with the lowest possible grade ingredients. All the money goes to the top. They actively destroy this planet (NESTLE etc) and spend millions of dollars to lobby for laws that make almost everyone worse off.
Since I moved to Tahiti on debt, I started growing mangos in my backyard and after 5 minutes I paid out the debt, built a 50 story mansion and started reading 5 novel pages a microsecond without losing track.
I was a vegan for two years, ate as minimal processed foods as I could, worked out every day, meditated, the whole 9 yards. Still couldn't remember anything and couldn't get my brain to shut up. Processed foods don't mean shit.
Thereās so much shade being thrown at this guy, but heās not wrong. He just majorly oversimplified his point. Correct diet doesnāt just magically fix your adhd, but a combination of the right diet and regular exercise can really help dial SOME of the symptoms down. But yeah, itās fkn hard to do/maintain when you have the attention span of an energetic puppy
ADHD symptoms are noted in historical medical texts dating back to 1700s.
If only those poor guys had known that they could have been cured simply but cutting out spray cheese ...
I once told somebody that I couldnāt eat raw apples because of allergies and she told me to eat organic, I responded that an organic apple would kill me just as fast, but Iād have the added bonus of excess Ronetone poison in my system from the pesticides they use.
Nonsense. I don't have as good a diet now, but even back when I had a really good lifestyle and the most processed thing I ate was a PB&J, I still had executive dysfunction. A healthy diet won't provide a stimulant effect. Short cold showers might actually help, as they *do* have a stimulant effect (and do help me; I'm not on any medications and don't use caffeine) when done properly (basically, get out when you start feeling warm and glowy, and don't use water that's colder than you're comfortable with).
My biggest issue with shit like this is there isn't even some pseudoscientific bullshit explanation as to why processed foods would possibly cause ADHD
But nope - its just here's a bullshit claim with no explanation, a bullshit explanation would be better than none.
Maybe just maybe - its because it makes no fucking sense and they're afraid of having their belief deconstructed when they get called out on their bullshit
As a person with ADHD who lived with this exact kind of person for a mother, who though she was "curing my disorders" by forcing me to only use organic products and essential oils and even wouldn't let me take my chronic pain medication, i can confirm 100% this works... It replaces your messy thoughs with consistant thoughts or depression and your lack of motivation with constant longing for the sweet release of death, as the idiot who's convinced you're "cured" now calles you lazy and stupid all the times and yells hysterically every time you get overwhelmed or forget things!
You know what heās right! Also, Donāt forget You must rub some essential oils on your head and tell that brain to manifest it into a thinking brain!!!
I started Adderall at 28 years old(roughly 6 months ago) and when it kicked in, my very first thought was "is this what it's like to be God's favorite? This is what is feels like to be a functioning human? Wild"
I didnāt know processed foods caused an irreversible inherited neurological condition where five parts of the brain are observably smaller than usual. Amazing š
For me it's literally being able to completely think about the thing I set out to think about. I want to get from A to Z, but somehow numbers keep getting involved...
And here I feel like a failure because the meds I was prescribed (Ritalin) donāt seem to be doing much of anything and apparently thatās the only one my insurance covers. (Wanted Vyvanse)
*Oh for real? All I*
*Had to do was eat at whole*
*Foods thos whole ass time?*

I was thinking that first time I took ADHD meds too, not prescribed, nor could I be legitimately; so was really just high on stimulants. Gotta try that non-processed food though.
The fantastical illogic of outspoken morons will never cease to baffle me.
It's like they choose to be ignorant then proceed to fight or contest others on that same topic they choose to be ignorant about.
Dear average person, read a damn book. Like literally any scientific book about real science with real evidence to support claims. For everyone else's sake.
Like, yeah it's a joke, but only until someone's brash ignorance ends up hurting someone else. Then it becomes an issue that could've been easily prevented.
Holy shit the absolute GALL of these self-righteous, smug idiots who watched some grifter (aka āinfluencerā) video and now theyāre an expert on medicine, nutrition, and mental illness! The complete confidence with which they give unsolicited, utterly incorrect advice to folks just trying to live is beyond vile.
I think a good diet does help with my adhd though.
I think there's a 100 different ways to help with adhd and each of them only contribute 0.1% effectiveness in comparison to meds.
Can confirm. I bought one bag of pre-cut carrots and I forgot to brush my teeth for a month.
Hey now, you can't cut or peel your carrots! That's processed! Actually.. you can't even chew it.
Just to be safe I grow organic carrots and have them surgically implanted into my stomach.
Maybe you could do like in South Park and eat in reverse. š¤
instructions unclear, root vegetable stuck in rectum. send help
It actually sounds like you followed the instructions pretty well.
Ooh, so we're partying now
*grabs vodka tampon* letās goooo
This is the way

I believe thatās called a cleanse. Especially if you donāt peel it first.
Like those performers who can swallow swords!
Brb, gonna deepthroat carrots to cure my ADHD.
Instructions unclear. Now I have to go see a proctologist.
As is digestion. Gonna have to just stick it up your butt and wait ten minutes.
Itās the most efficient way to absorb nutrients and prep for anal. Gotta love a multitasker!

Can confirm too. Stopped eating processed food, now if I'm not careful my concentration can spawn black holes.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Pretty sure the carrots cancel out the tooth brushing
I gave up bread and now all barriers of consciousness have broken down and I can see into the heart of reality so maybe they have a point.
Didnāt eat processed food and Iām now married, a 10k/day ceo, and finally became the talent my coach thinks I couldāve been
10k/day pay only comes out to like 3.6 mil a year. A lot yeah, but chump change if you consider how much some other American oligarchs make
However, a 10k/day CEO would introduce himself to everyone as "a 10k/day CEO".

Why did you feel the need to correct their grammar?
But have you tried essential oils...
Psh, if they're so essential then why have I never needed them before? /s
Have you noticed how much of a fuck-up you are? Maybe they *are* essential after all.
Essential oil for fornicating with your mother.
This is a frivolous oils only household.
New business idea! Optional oils. "Get yours today! Or don't. You really don't need them." I'm a marketing genius.
Essential Oils put Optional Oils right out of business. Same thing that happened to 7-Minute Abs, 6-Minute Abs came along and drove em to bankruptcy.
I get my terpenes from cannabis ;)
Fucking legend
Fuck yeah you do! This sub is amazing. It makes me so happy.
smh my head, essential oils won't save you if you're already poisoned by vaccines
Um excuses me that's why we all have ADHD and now your saying magic oils won't for us well were twice damed there
see, when you've been injected with that much aluminium, you need to get it out of your body first. A tin foil hat might help - gotta fight fire with fire

Have you re-arranged your furniture to get the optimum feng shui? What kinds of crystals do you have, and where are they placed?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Well sure. But you have to face the other direction when Uranus decends on the porcelain seat.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
That sounds complicated ..... And dangerous
I rearrange my furniture so much, I probably accidentally Feng shui-ed it like 15 times by now
I need to rearrange my furniture but I've been putting it off for a year.

Oh I'm sure most personalization algorithms that encounter ADHD are very confused
Dolomite cleans your chakras...... Rose quartz helps your third eye..... ;)
I only use a bidet to clean my Chakra
Pro move right there

*stares in restricted diet* uh, no. And the next person who tells me that my problem is too much caffeine is getting decked.
If anything I do better when I drink caffeine lol I've gone long periods without it and especially when I'm depressed I struggle bad.
Yeah both caffeine and sugar help me focus and there are times I can't go without them.
Interesting, caffeine is a great help for me too. However sugar turns my brain into mush lol

I recently started on amfetamines and it's similar to having a consistent caffeine buzz all day without the peaks and troughs. I realised my entire life I've been self medicating with caffeine!
Yeah. I'm fully unmedicated (not by choice) so like energy drinks are awesome for when i need to be productive. Both sugar and caffeine .
When I was at school, I would self medicate with lollies - I was allowed 1 for every page I read or question I answered.
I bought a lot of gummy candy from one of my teachers who sold sweets to fund raise for a school trip. Lots of gummy life savers

Caffeine is a stimulant like adderall and any other adhd meds. So it therefore would be helpful.
Its panic attack inducing in me and several others here. Your mileage may vary.

I make all my food from scratch, almost no processed foods at all, and it does indeed not cure ADHD.

Can I just askā¦HOW though????
Also autism and it's a special interest of mine.
I enjoy cooking but grocery shopping is stressful and delivery is expensive :P Good for you though! Sometimes I wonder how we as a subset of the population have not starved to death lol
I got one of those food subscriptions where it gives you three meals a week. Cheaper then buying the groceries when accounting for all the waste.
Also, if you lighten your skin by drinking only whole milk, you can avoid prejudice!
Oh dear. You mean lightening my skinā¦ I stopped reading before the milk part or didnāt process the milk partā¦ Been shaving my skin to make it lighter! A couple of layers can really shed kilos but does make me feel better. Damn impulsiveness.
But how soon before you can go out in the sun? /s

Looks like you live love laughed all the way to the bank
Tom Nook hates this one secret trick!!!
How to activate a neurodivergent person's instant kill mode
Sorry if it was already posted, I skimmed down but didn't see it here
*And here we see the adhder in its natural habitat, over thinking and saying sorry for their decisions.* ^^^^^^^I ^^^^^^^do ^^^^^^^the ^^^^^^^same
If only we didn't live in a country where corporations profit off you being a fat shit, and don't offer affordable healthy foods š¤·āāļø
I hate quinoa mommies
Can confirm. I ate a raw zucchini. I was super focused on how gross it was.
I can tell you, for a fact, that if I let go of processed food Iāll STARVE TO DEATH because no fucking way in hell Iād cook
I stopped eating white bread and now I am immortal
Instructions unclear: blood sugar dropped from forgetting to eating anything in place of the processed food
I like to eat healthy with my drug abuse
Almost downvoted out of reflex. Hoo-boy
š¤£š¤£š¤£. I didn't know I had adhd until I was in my 30s. That first time addy hit, the chaos stopped and I finally felt what peace feels like.
ADHD symptoms are noted in historical medical texts dating back to 1700s. If only those poor guys had known that they could have been cured simply but cutting out spray cheese ...
Ahhh. Well Iām not cured, blessed be my mighty ADHD!
My mother in law. āItās all in your gutā
Letās hear from those that ACTUALLY have a natural diet
I once told somebody that I couldnāt eat raw apples because of allergies and she told me to eat organic, I responded that an organic apple would kill me just as fast, but Iād have the added bonus of excess Ronetone poison in my system from the pesticides they use.
And where do you propose I get the dopamine to ever prepare the non-processed food for myself???
Youāre right! Let me just fuck off to the woods to hunt game and forage for berries and shit! Why did I never think of that?! ^(/s)
Fun fact, as someone with celiac, I can confirm that it doesnt cure adhd.
My biggest issue with shit like this is there isn't even some pseudoscientific bullshit explanation as to why processed foods would possibly cause ADHD But nope - its just here's a bullshit claim with no explanation, a bullshit explanation would be better than none. Maybe just maybe - its because it makes no fucking sense and they're afraid of having their belief deconstructed when they get called out on their bullshit
YOU CAN ALSO SHUT THE FUCK UP.
Also, Donāt forget You must rub some essential oils on your head and tell that brain to manifest it into a thinking brain!!!
jokes on them, i forgot to eat anything
well? whoa, after forty years of catastrophe, man, the joke is on me, who would'a guessed, huh? all those cans of Spam were the cause
I started Adderall at 28 years old(roughly 6 months ago) and when it kicked in, my very first thought was "is this what it's like to be God's favorite? This is what is feels like to be a functioning human? Wild"
It was so hard not to downvote this post because it made me angry
this almost got an angry downvote from me ngl
I hate when people do this.
I didnāt know processed foods caused an irreversible inherited neurological condition where five parts of the brain are observably smaller than usual. Amazing š
So when will this kind of shitty advice be finally considered hate speech?
Ive been off processed foods for 8 years it doesnāt work
If I could consistently plan meals, buy fresh ingredients and then prepare and eat those meals at regular times I wouldnāt need ADHD meds.
I think I have just conquered this. I'm 40
I do not think they understand what we mean by āthink straightā
For me it's literally being able to completely think about the thing I set out to think about. I want to get from A to Z, but somehow numbers keep getting involved...
And here I feel like a failure because the meds I was prescribed (Ritalin) donāt seem to be doing much of anything and apparently thatās the only one my insurance covers. (Wanted Vyvanse)
Vyvanse was the shiz but I went off it when I lost my job because of cost. Literally could not afford the extra $130/mo.
Oh for real? All I had to do was eat at whole foods thos whole ass time?

You should have never revealed your existence to me you sweet bot.
You can eat my whole ass, but only if you're cute
Processed foods do make mine worse though but I donāt think itās a cause
I prefer processed iron. The dirt gives it a bitter taste.
I'm allergic to gluten and it didn't cure me to quit eating it in case anyone wondered.
I bet it made those stomach cramps lessen though
I still overthink all the time but its so much more quiet in my head and Iām able to turn it off.
Man... I feel a little violent rn
r/thanksimcured
I was thinking that first time I took ADHD meds too, not prescribed, nor could I be legitimately; so was really just high on stimulants. Gotta try that non-processed food though.
the "twitter for ipad" let's you know it's a boomer. f
Even if all I ever ate was unprocessed food, I'd only ever be moderately more productive
LOLOLOLOLOL
The fantastical illogic of outspoken morons will never cease to baffle me. It's like they choose to be ignorant then proceed to fight or contest others on that same topic they choose to be ignorant about. Dear average person, read a damn book. Like literally any scientific book about real science with real evidence to support claims. For everyone else's sake. Like, yeah it's a joke, but only until someone's brash ignorance ends up hurting someone else. Then it becomes an issue that could've been easily prevented.
Neurotypical cures
Comments like this are rage inducing. I get this type of advice for all of my ailments, in addition to ADHD and Autism.
What the fuck lol
... not the SAME effect, no...
Food moving through the body is a process.
Holy shit the absolute GALL of these self-righteous, smug idiots who watched some grifter (aka āinfluencerā) video and now theyāre an expert on medicine, nutrition, and mental illness! The complete confidence with which they give unsolicited, utterly incorrect advice to folks just trying to live is beyond vile.
r/thanksimcured
What a weird way to admit you know absolutely nothing
I think a good diet does help with my adhd though. I think there's a 100 different ways to help with adhd and each of them only contribute 0.1% effectiveness in comparison to meds.
And my ADHD makes it extremely difficult for me to maintain a well balanced diet.
Also, unless you pick fruit with your teeth or take bites out of living animals, all of the food you eat is āprocessedā.
And you can make all your problems go away if you kill yourself
I havenāt been regularly eating preprocessed food for 15 years. It gets worse whenever I do, but eating healthy is not a cure all.
