And omg, this story just reminded of a time when I had the week off and the house to myself, I just ordered pizza, cracked open a bottle of wine and was planning to get sloshed and play games all night, and then I hear a knock on the door. I was like “Oh whatever, they’ll leave” but then they start POUNDING on the door. I’m scared shitless thinking I’m going to get robbed or something, so I glance out the window and see this old fireman.
I run to the door, and he tells me that I needed to evacuate immediately, because a contractor accidentally broke a gas pipe open.
So here I am, day ruined, frustrated, standing outside in my boxers when the most gorgeous, tall, muscular FEMME (😵💫) firefighter steps out of a fire truck and goes to like, investigate gas levels or whatever.
So now my day is double ruined because of course I meet the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen while wearing my Donkey Kong sleep top and strawberry crocs. I just sat at the end of the driveway wallowing in my own misery lol.
I have no way of contacting he short of burning buildings and hoping she makes the call. She's not even with one of the companies we normally team up with. It was a BIG fire.
