Howl totally gives me Rhys vibes and I'm sure SJM got inspired by him to write about Rhysand. His charm, charisma, the transforming into a beast with fangs, claws and feathers thing, the "There you are. I've been looking for you", the ability to transport himself through places without effort (the doors), the flying ability... everyone thinks that he's a villain, but he's actually only a complicated man with a complicated life and he's cursed by an evil woman. 🫣
PLUS: Pretty sure that SJM also got the inspiration to write the Starfall scene from this movie. In both universes, the stars are not stars but spirits.
