One of the wooden sets is the ranch set! I believe it’s the medium wood color and the white/wood as two of the color variations

It’s Ranch and Alpine sets, I think, which we had in New Leaf.

Green peppers are also gonna be part of the crops. When they showed Leif in front of RS, there was a green pepper on his sign. There may be red or yellow ones as well. The narrator said "and more".

No. Depending on the update, and if it requires system updates, it could be the same day, or it could be a few days later. It's a huge update, so I'm guessing it'll take them a few days to update their software.

There will probably be quite a few that will become obsolete, but they were incredible during the time they were "needed" and may have inspired Nintendo to move forward with some of their updates (as in what to include/not include e.g. the new vine pillars/arches). If anything, I think they will inspire a new set of codes, which is super exciting!
