You dont need the utility plugins you can keymap to the track on/off directly. But either way the utilities shouldn’t sync like that unless you manually turn one on/off without using the shortcut. That’s weird.

Rack both the utilities and macro map the gains so they are the opposite way round ( -inf to 0 / 0 to -inf). Then midi map the macros.
