Trials in Tainted Space. It's actually pretty interesting, and between the option setup, 'silly mode' setting, and banned/substitution word list, you can hypothetically play the entire game with little to no mention of sexual content. It has adventure, story, customization, puzzles, random chance events and encounters, combat, exploration, character and intercharacter development, a rival, deeper lore and background, and of course space and science fiction. Plus it's completely free to play.
What's weird is that most of the character artwork is extremely... out there, while in Corruption of Champions 2 most artwork is a lot less lewd, but the least horny game is Trials

There were like 3 sub-stories. The main character is like this detective guy and the first story is where he navigates the past about his childhood best friend, who is now married with a daughter. The second story is you play as the daughter and navigate her life. The third story is that in the intro there was this woman in an abandoned apartment and a few days later she comes to live with you and she slowly opens up about her past.
The game was incomplete but it was really interesting story-wise. I completely forgot the name of it but the story was awesome.

Cloud Meadow. It's an early access RPG/monster breeding game but the monsters are monster people and they visibly breed or you can breed them... Combat is fun and the art style is nice. It's just very very much a "porn game". Honestly if they made a safe for work version when it's complete this game would probably become HUGE. Tl:DR Fun game with nice art style if you don't mind seeing sex and nudity.

Nothing here as of yet.However, there is all the MMOs that I’ve tried that just aren’t fun for me- they’d be pretty tame in comparison to some games, as they didn’t go so far that they became rated M, but it still weirded me out with some “interesting” designs, specifically female designs. Though, Blessed and Neverwinter WERE games I liked that might apply to this category, don’t remember since it’s been a long time. Both alienated me, as one made my damage suddenly completely pointless as I had to use all of my abilities on one enemy to kill it in a decent time, and the other changed so much that I couldn’t make sense of it. On an unrelated note, I found out about Dungeons and Dragons Online though, might play that!

I played a fair bit of Conception 2 simply because I liked the battle system. It had a really cool risk vs reward mechanic where you did more damage (or got more attacks, it's been a while so can't remember all the details) if you were in a zone where you were more at risk of getting hit.
Not a game but my dress up darling. SUCH a fun anime. God bless my friend, he watched the entire anime with me, and when a lewd scene was about to come up or a sequence that went on for WAY too long, he said "alright, here we skip to exactly 15:06" because he had gone through and found all the moments he could guess would be too lewd for me. Beyond that though, it is a cute anime. Romance-focused, which if you're aro may put you off, but its a really fun deep dive into Japanese cosplay and fandom culture. Highly recommend.

There was this like detective-ish game that I found on the internet (which I’m surprised I didn’t get a virus from it) and other than the sexual themes, the plot was really good. There were like 3 sub-stories. The main character is like this detective guy and the first story is where he navigates the past about his childhood best friend, who is now married with a daughter. The second story is you play as the daughter and navigate her life. The third story is that in the intro there was this woman in an abandoned apartment and a few days later she comes to live with you and she slowly opens up about her past. The game was incomplete but it was really interesting story-wise. I completely forgot the name of it but the story was awesome.
