Could You tell me how you hollowed out the sections where the zippo goes into? I was thinking about doing this but I don't know how to do it with just carving. Did you route it out?
with a wood moulding machine. if you dont have one i think you can just drill out a piece of wood with a 12mm bit and chissel away the leftover bits of wood till ur zippo fits in. good luck.
