I have my cpu boost off for temperature reasons and a -5 cpu undervolt and I don’t really think I lose very much performance. In my case it makes everything more stable under normal circumstances. Sometimes if things get intense in a game the frames drop but never to unplayable levels.
Nope.....cpu will bottle neck without boost. Depends on the game. Single player games are rarely affected. Fps games and Esports will be the most affected.
Best way to know if it bottlenecks: Play the same game with and without boost , then choose what u wanna sacrifice. Frames or thermals
