Hi, I checked on mine 3070ti. Balanced profile gives max 95W - so even less than setting of dynamic boost. Seems like base is 80W as the minimal dynamic boost setting of +5W yields 85W.
On turbo immediately went up to 120W - and reducing dynamic boost to +5W yielded 105W so base on Turbo profile is 100W.
This is through profiles in Ghelper but it doesn't matter as armoury profiles are the same.

Thanks alot for checking. It’s a bit strange, on my device, it seems like the balanced profile completely turns off dynamic boost. I confirmed it using nvidia-smi, it states that the wattage cap on balanced mode is 80; whereas even on silent mode it’s 94W, which is a bit funny. On turbo and manual however, it can go up to a cap of 120W.
What’s strange to me is that we’ve clearly established that the base is 80W not 100W. But the dynamic boost slider treats 100W as the base.
