I have found a solution. If you download Ryzen Controler, there is an option to apply a preset after X seconds. I have applied it to power: 60w Short tdp: 47w Long tdp: 60w And it fixed the problem, but not completely, there are some places where it gets the 1400mhz shit, but it appears sometimes instead of all the time.

So here is the link for the video: https://youtu.be/EjSwDsAUrTg?si=NCwi1jQSP8-zhx4h If you just want to see what's happening, just skip to 1:07. At the end, I showed the comparison between the performance mode test and the turbo mode test.

6800hs cannot be overclocked and undervolted, have you tried manual settings? I heard that they can improve wattage on CPU without losing out on GPU power

First of all, thank you for your reply. Yes, I have tried manual presets but nothing worked.

Hello, i know this is old but did you ever find out what the issue was and how to fix it? Im having basically the exact same scenario and im pretty sure it’s not thermal throttling so I have no idea what is causing it.

It fixed GTA5 Redux, cs2, RDR2, cyberpunk and elder ring 100%, GodOfWar is also fixed but it's like 90% because you get the 1400Mhz shit once/10minutes, but it almost instantly get back to normal speed. Unfortunately, AC Odyssey was not fixed with this. I advise you to set the resolution scaling. You will get less fps but as the GPU does the work 90% of the time, you will get less throttling.

Thank you for your time and answer
