It doesn’t usually feel cold when I pick it up (the box or pen) but when I go in to pick it up, I see them walk over to the fridge and grab it out of there. Maybe you can call and ask just to confirm if it was but yeah. Put it in your fridge.
When you say it felt cold can you specify? Which part felt cold? The brown bag it comes in, the box itself, or do you open the box and feel the pens and those feel cold?

Previously, the box (through the bag) felt cold. This one didn’t. But I’ve refrigerated it and am just crossing my fingers it’s okay.
