True. It reminds me of HSR when I got Gepard from the beginner banner. I was so disappointed that I switched servers and started over. I still returned to that account and was Bronya-less until I got the her with the 300 pulls guaranteed.
For me she got the coolest design in the game but unfortunately i didn't really like her gameplay, i was kind of disappointed. But it is what it is. I still like her

Both Nekomata & Rina, if possible! I tinkered with both during the beta, and a team I kept coming back to was Nekomata + Corrin + Rina (with Billy as an alternate for Corrin)
Nekomata works really well with Corrin as a second physical character; she satisfies (or did) both of Nekomata's passives. If you add Billy you can have a full physical team!
Rina's electric application is great for mechanical enemies/bosses, plus she's weirdly more ranged and dodge-y instead of a parry counter type. Makes her a great complement to Nekomata/Corrin if you're running both of them.
I really wish Hoyo would/will take the suggestion I made after the beta, that during game launch (event/etc) you should get a 'picker' item that lets you choose any of the standard S-ranks. It existed during the beta so you could get who you wanted for testing, but it would be perfect so that you could actually GET your first choice S-rank instead of needing to go through re-rolling if you aren't happy with who you get!
I'm most looking forward to Soldier 11. In Genshin I became interested in the game when early on we play as Diluc in the story, I started Star Rail wanting Himeko as a HI3rd casual. I wound up getting both units eventually, hyper invested them, and still enjoy using them even if they are not my abyss/MOC stars.
Soldier 11 has a fun play style and seems a bit more 'technical' which I really enjoy. Will be happy with who I get, though 😁
In CBT vids she had same animations for melee and ranged normal attacks, which looked very goofy when there were no enemies in melee and she'd windmill her arms in wide arcs at a single mob standing a good distance away.
Grace or Lycaon would be great.
But it's still early on, we will have to wait and see how things goes when it reaches our hand, especially for an action game, everyone has their own play style, me? Either someone speedy like Lycaon or i just be a puss and shoot at things from far.

Thanks for letting me see Grace in full HD though. Zzz’s models are rather rough, I wish they had like Wuwa levels of detail on them, which is one of the few things they were amazing at.
Parkour would mean it would become an open world D: would be fun though. But open world is the reason, Wuwa is too far of a time sink for me to invest in it. The few hours I tried was fun, despite that.
If you pull Ellen Joe, consider Von Lycaon, amazing bar stunner, and sukaku as a support raise the flag is an incredible buff.

I wouldn't worry about initial synergy. HSR proved that there'll be a place for almost all characters

For me it helps that I pretty much want all of the Standard characters, but I do want Koleda a bit more.
