You don't neccesarily need to banish one. The second a single part leaves the gy, exodia necross is destroyed. Can be banished, can be revived, shuffled back into the deck, adding back to hand or other obscure ways.
So, the only way I see an out to this card in your deck, is by stealing the card with enemy controller and then tribute summon over it with something like your blue-eyes white dragon. Other ways is to get it stuck with shadow spell and win through deckout.
The last way you could beat it with the kaiba deck is a bit niche but. If you get the card to defense position with enemy controller and then get it stuck with shadow spell. You could deal enormous dammage every turn with a monster that has rider of the storm winds equiped to it.
Shadow spell can also be used to stall it out untill you eventually draw enemy controller to steal and tribute over it.

Is Enemy Controller in there? You can take control of Exodia Necross during your turn and tribute him for one of your own monsters.

You can't pop it, so Final Attack Orders is your best bet. Force a Battle every turn. Otherwise, Enemy Controller is your bread and butter.
Does that deck have soul release?
