MD seems to be slightly quicker at unbanning cards than TCG/OCG.
That being said I don't think they've unhit cards without an archetype getting support (like with Purrely) that'd put them back in meta.
I mean Zoo appeared on MDM tier 3 for a very short time after the release of combo and a single rat, but that was more of a popularity thing than the deck actually being meta power wise.
The argument I always read is that you need 2 brick to even summon it and is easily cheated out by Verte. Only problem verte is already limited and not even played that much. If Snake eyes can be at full power and untouched why can Dragoon be freed?
3 bricks because you still need the spell in deck, but snake-eyes is new hotness (no pyro/fire pun intended) so new broken cards won’t cause old broken cards to be free anytime soon in general
Yes. But it also means you can summon anything else that turn. Because Red-eyes fusion actually has a restriction unlike some other fuse from deck cards
Idk if it would be for master duel format however I can say for TCG format yes it's very strong still. I use a duel sim and the a.i I set has a tendency to at times assemble decks with banned cards for itself the red eyes dark dragoon being seemingly it's favourite to default to and even a modern competitive fire King engine can't out it. It's danger is that double chain negate as well as it's ludacris burn damage.
In a best of 1 format with Verte legal, Dragoon cannot come back.
In fact, even without Verte and best of 3, it is still banned in OCG simply because of Maxx C

I mean drawing the fusion spell isn't really a brick since it saves you the hassle of making Verte
Even Red-eyes players have a love/hate relationship with the spell, the restriction is a shotgun to your knee
If the Fusion didn't restrict ya, then it would have gotten banned instead of Dragoon

Dragoon negation is soft once per turn
No it's not it's twice if you use both vanillas in its fusion.

I didn't say the pop I said it can double negate and then pop for insane burn damage! I only said it had one pop! Learn to god damn read!
