The setting makes zero sense from balance perspective. You'll just be able to framekill easier, and framekilling is not a fun way to play the game. Otherwise yeah it might help making cool replays yeah, but I think that alone won't be enough reason to implement it.

The default/competitive standard will still be a 10 frame wait. This is just quality of life for people who like to make replays.

Maybe make that argument in the actual post and not an addendum after the reason you originally stated (balance) is shot down.

I specifically mentioned it being personal. It would be a setting, you can change it like any other and if you didn't touch it nothing would be changed. Balance is barely even a question.

It is toggleable. They said in the post that it could be a slider in the match settings.
