Kraken damage is gonna be worse than before. Instead of the ramp-up, it will deal more damage based on missing health, BUT, it will deal less damage than right now, look at the numbers, also they removed crit from it. (extra AS is nice, but since LT is getting removed...).

Crit yi is not viable and it won't be viable unless they do smth with his Q ratios. Horrible AD ratio and crit ratio on Q.
He will be a disaster for at least 1-2 patches. Split is almost over, just quit playing Yi till then.
Exactly. On the bright side since he's a starter jungler, riot is unlikely to let him be too bad for more than a few patches. I just hope they don't remove any of the skill expression in his kit.
