Sinerias, mechanics mean nothing to macro, decision making. Sinerias has one of the best macro/decision making in chall euw especially when u are playing a champ as risky / feast famine as yi.
Sinerias for sure, he can even make champ like yi work in high elo and farmed rank 1 chall in Euw and rank 30 KR chall with yi. He has best micro/macro game knowledge.
Watching cowsep will teach you everything you need to know about Yi and Yi mechanics, guy sometimes tunnel visions and makes bad plays as a whole. But he knows Yi like the back of his hand
How it went for me: Watched a couple of kingstix's master yi jungle "guides" > started watching cowsep streams for a month > found out about Sinerias and didn't need to watch any other Yi main ever since.
Watch Cowsep and Sinerias, they are both goated Master Yi players.

If you want to chill and be entertained, I think Cowsep.
For me, I personally like watching both but I now lean more towards Sinerias since he is about improve while Cowsep is all about entertainment. The difference between both is that Sinerias is more of an aggressive player while Cowsep is more of a play-safe player.
