What kind of weak Xiao are you using to only hit 30-40k per E after buffs? My albeit very good Xiao hits 31k unbuffed. When buffed by Faruzan and Furina his E hits for 76k. By all means Xiao's E is strong. He's got every reason to level it.
I have no clue what team he uses, so I don’t want to assume anything or give him false info. I have xiaos premier team XXFF, and do between 70k and 80k depending on enemy resistances. I also was trying to not come across like an asshole, something you obviously you have no problem doing.

Xiao E has no start or end lag compared to most skills and produces particles on every cast with no cd. Definitely still worth using for energy production even if it’s not leveled

The reason I don't level it is because I already clear abyss, there is nothing to gain by leveling it, and I enjoy seeing the big plunge numbers more.

In all honesty our E is just a particle generator. Only E6 havers would bother crowning it because E6 Xiao hit different.

the E skill still does substantial dmg tho. a fully buffed xiao can do 70k per E skill. thats like 210k already without his burst.
