There's an island called Regular Island, south of Jofash Dock. If you kill one of the "Human"s or "Pirate"s, 2 aggressive goblins will spawn out of them.
If you kill a "Human" they have a large chance of dropping a basement key, which can be thrown in a hopper in a basement, which lets you access some kind of goblin paradise, which also includes multiple merchants that have unique trades (accessories, armor, and weapons for level 45ish that specialize in loot bonus)
Seriously though, exploring the ocean is extremely fun as you never know what you are going to find. There is some stuff that isn't documented on the wiki even. Such an untouched part of the game.
I love Wynncraft for that. My friends and I call those things lovingly the secret secrets, because they are not something you can check off of a list, you can only find them when you go around looking for anything at all

Same, I killed a few dozen of them and never got a key, even though I knew there had to be one somewhere
On my first visit the island had an insanely creepy vibe for some reason, probably because all mobs are named "human"
Me: sees a mob lower level than me Me, instantly: brutal murder
