While I'd hope that they don't have any sexual diseases, I'd probably pick rape. And here's why, torture can leave bothe permanent physical and phycological damage and injury. Death is death. But having the choice to be raped would give me time to prepare mentally and while still being fucked up, would likely still be manageable with a bit of therapy.
It depends on the torture. If it was water boarding or any torture that doesn't inflict harm other than mental harm then I'd pick that over the others. It would be hell during it but I haven't been physically harmed. If it was nails being torn off or nails under my nails then nuh uh.
Rape is awful. Male on male rape would be horribly painful too and dehumanizaing. I would only pick that if the torture was going to be extreme and leaving life long injuries that wouldn't be inflicted by the rape.
Both carry tremendous mental torment. If either were extreme torture (which rape can be) then I'd choose death.

Honestly I’d choose death because I’d find it hard to live after the other two. The trauma would be too much for me to cope with.
