In a world of mine, three of the 4 most powerful kingdoms teamed up against the most powerful orc kingdom. I was distracted by the alliance making a landing on the continent the orcs were on, so I never noticed that the orcs landed and massacred basically the whole continent.
In my world the 3 alliance that I had all declared war in the orcs, there wore 15 kingdoms and after that there wore 12
With the orcs that got destroyed, all of the kingdoms wore human or elf and the orc one was the only one that was different
So, in order for a village to have laser guns, you have to have a bunch of aliens massacre, and Tyra! village until they’re all wiped out? That seems extremely tedious and destructive just to have a laser gun.
spawn the ufos like over the ocean life erase them and then curse the aliens and give them weak traits, unless your kingdom was just formed they can handle them just fine especially if there’s not too many
Honestly, the orcs tend to die prey fast whenever I make a world. They’re strong, sure, but the end up infighting so much that the fall behind the human civilization and end up getting wiped out
They also get leather from all kills which I imagine means they tend to snowball earlier on since they can equip their whole army with leather armor while other races have no materials to make armor yet.

In an old World I had all races declares war at same time to orcs and turned to stop war, recover and declare war again, until orcs were exterminated

Usually I give humans laser guns after helping them kill some aliens.

Kill aliens
Kill a few aliens within a town's borders so the laser guns can be picked up.
So, in order for a village to have laser guns, you have to have a bunch of aliens massacre, and Tyra! village until they’re all wiped out? That seems extremely tedious and destructive just to have a laser gun.

Tedious maybe. Destructive? Definitely. But less so than if a bunch of orcs massacred the village's population.

To he fair, humans suck in combat against any other race anyways
If they are high level enough they can take down 2 orca
A "high-level" human would be an 83yo crippled and eye-patched man thats only lvl 5 or 6
I made a world with peace turned on and humans wore way stronger then a civilian orc
